Victories are not only found on a scale! 🥰 Looking good in your clothes is only part of the benefits of gaining control over your weight and living a healthier lifestyle. Feeling better, doing more, better moods and abundant energy are gained too! 🥰 A month and a half ago I couldn’t even zip this jeans. I used the rubber band and used a long shirt to hide it. #tbt This time last year I was virtually immobile, with the assistance of a walker and a cane, bone on bone pain would not allow me to put weight on my right hip. At this stage in my life I was focused on getting all that weight off in preparation for my Total Right Hip replacement I was to recieve the following January 29, 2018 🙌🏼. I vowed to myself... Leave all that weight behind, I want to be healthy, fit and pain free. I learned from myself that if I just do things by the day, rather than by a goal date, I continuously struggle to meet my own expectations and end up failing. But I ALWAYS get up... Taking off over 100lbs is complete and the journey?
