Whats Up With Shitty Drafts?
You would think that most successful writers are able to make the perfect first draft every time they sit down to write. Well that assumption is both incorrect and correct at the same time. Anne Lamott stated that all good writers write terrible first drafts, which in return leads to having better second and third drafts. The idea behind this is that when you let your “childlike” part of your mind control your writing it gets the basic ideas and thoughts onto the paper that is typically longer than what you need and will often have small parts that are amazing material for the writing. Then you go and remove the not so good parts of the draft and condense it down. This idea combined with the small pieces of exceptional writing, is why i believe that your “shitty draft” isn’t all that shitty at all, and is actually a “perfect” draft to start with.

I’m not a very big fan of rap music, but I do listen to every level of music so that I will have myself exposed in every level of society and perception. Meet Kid Cudi @ Scott Mescudi. A young rapper from the states who strongly wrote this from one of his song titled, Enter Galactic.
He changed my life towards imagination and I totally agreed with him.
Imagination is limitless. You can go anywhere with imagination, from dancing with the stars in the toilet to having hot chocolate drink on the moon.
This just put my level of thinking to a very different level. To a better level to be exact because advertising needs imagination where it will lead to creativity.
Good song, good lyrics, and never stop imagine in every kind of way.

Assessment Task 2
For assessment task 2 I originally was going to follow the lines of my first assessment of trains. Though when spending the whole day on a train noting down what people where doing and recording the speaker system, I got bored with the idea. It wasn’t until I was traveling home I started reading a joke book that my girlfriend bought me. From the beginning I didn’t intend to make this a big fart joke, though I was looking into what it is exactly and trying to conceptually relay that idea to people. This idea developed until my final pieces being about global warming and how Agriculture does account for in some cases a large amount of the pollution. Through all these works I’ve tried to keep things simple and clean though still allowing the viewer to question my intent.

Finally if your looking for music to get the viewer more involved, I’ve chosen to keep this presentation ‘silent but deadly’ - So as the viewer doesn’t get distracted from the conceptual ideas in front of them.
