Hi! Sorry to bother, I've seen you're a rammstein fan so I'm reaching out hahah

I'm going to their concert in july in reggio emilia with my dad, who is a huge fan since like 1997 and has always made me listen to them while growing up.

I convinced him to buy those tickets and see them live because I know he's always wanted to but I guess he never had someone to go with.

Do you have any advice for the concert? We are pretty far from the stage but do you think we should bring earplugs?

He started asking things like if he'll be able to sit somewhere if he wants to, when we should go there to get the best possible view, or if you can bring something to drink, but I've been to one concert in my life and it wasn't outdoors so I don't have a clue honestly

He's almost sixty and overall healthy, but he has low blood pressure and isn't used to loud music at all

Oh this is gonna be such a great experience for your dad and you!

I recommend bringing earplugs as Rammstein is really loud! My ears are always ringing after their concert and you can always take them out if you don't want to wear them.

As for bringing drinks and sitting down I think it depends on the venue ..i don't know the one in Reggio Emilia so I can only give you some advice based on my experience from concerts in Germany. I was always allowed to bring a 0,5L bottle with me into the venue and some snacks that fit in a small bag (I use a crossbody bag). Usually you can read up on the regulations on the venues website.

While queuing some people bring cheap camping stools or foldable stools and then just leave them there. I just sit on the ground 😅

At what time you need to get there depends on what ticket you have and where you want to be. If you have seats you can just arrive like 20 min. before they start (or earlier if you want to buy some merchandise). For standing it depends.. if you want to be at the barricade to Feuerzone you should arrive relatively early, other than that it is way more relaxed in the back and you can arrive later. Bring suncream and a hat if it's sunny! I've seen sooo many people with a sunburn 😅
