Kyomachi Seika is a japanese synth initially released on 10 jun 2016, however her character birthday is today. she was developed by ah-software in collaboration with Seika Town, "a town located at the southwestern tip of the Kyoto Prefecture in Japan... originally founded [in] April 1, 1955"(from synthv fandom wiki). seika has been the official mascot and PR character of Seika Town since 2013. she is voiced by Rika Tachibana, and illustrated by Umetani Atarō. seika recieved a synthv studio bank on 27 jan 2022. she is 23yo and 151.5cm tall
