*~Fall 2012~*

The GWS department just released the fall courses for this year and so I have officially scheduled my final semester of my undergraduate career. To be honest, it's looking like it will be a pretty awesome semester as far as class times and content are concerned. For posterity's sake I will post my courses below:

GWS 506- History of Sexuality in the US, M 4-6:30

GWS 340- Feminist Theory to 1975,  TR 11-12:15

GWS 300- Gender, Race, and Science, MWF 1-1:50

HIS 405- Women's History in America 1900-present, TR 9:30-10:45

This class is also being taught in tandem with a professor from the Sorbonne and we'll use social media to combine a class there with this one! wheeeeeee

If I really wanted to end my undergrad with no Friday class like I always dreamed, I could switch out gender, race and science with race and reproduction in the US....but I'm more drawn to gender, race and science.

Today marks a monumental moment in my life being that it's my last first day of school. 18 weeks from today I will be a college graduate. I will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in English; I will not get to peruse well penned novels written by some of the finest authors in history and spend hours deciphering the meaning of it all with my peers; I will not be affiliated with any school or university for the first time in 15 years.
