Netflix told members of @AmericanCluster and the rest of our cluster family on twitter that they wanted us to keep promoting the show in order to even make future seasons a possibility, so I made some @sense8​ promo material. PLEASE help us promote this marvelous show! Feel free to share- we need to ensure that the 2 hour special has the largest audience @netflix​ has ever seen! And of course if you haven’t watched Sense8 yet- I cannot recommend it enough- everyone should have it in their lives.

Beloved cluster, each one of us, like myself, has probably read and re-read Lana's letter by now and can probably quote it by heart. In the letter, as we all are aware, she mentioned the deep depression she had fallen in upon the news of the cancellation of Sense8. Her baby. /Our/ baby. This weekend, we want to dedicate an entire day to Lana, to honour her work but also her as a person. Beyond our love for the show, let's show her how much we truly love HER. She gave birth to us all, the best cluster mother anyone could ever wish for. Let us show her our immense love and gratitude. Let us remind her that no matter how hard things will get, she can always count on us. Let us remind her that whenever she feels like falling, we will be the gentle hand to lift her back up. Let us be the hand that can hold hers through the darkness on our way back to the light. Lana is a wonderful person, a strong, fantastic, hard working woman that deserves nothing but love and appreciation. Sunday, July 9th, join us by using the hashtag #weloveyouLana and share with us your letters to our cluster mother, your videos if you'd rather send a video, your art, anything you feel like sharing. no, ok, im pissed as hell again… WHY is sense8 not on Netflix’s emmy nominations video??? WHY is it still not anywhere on the website - not the new releases, not the recently added, not even in the goddamn netflix originals section??? and WHY THE FUCK do i still get the feeling that they’re just rooting for the show to fail??? I just want to thank everyone in the amazing, incredible Sense8 Cluster. From Tumblr to Twitter to everywhere else, we made this happen.

Is it the full Season 3 that, let’s be real, Sense8 deserves?  No, but we were able to bring back a cancelled show for two hours. It’s more than I’d ever hoped we get. 

Will they be able to close all the story lines in two hours? Probably not but it’s a million times better that where we were before. We will get some closure on our beloved Cluster (and their amazing friends).

Guys, what we did was amazing. I cannot express the joy and satisfaction I’m feeling right now, WE DID IT. We brought Sense8 back! I am so proud of each and every one of you, we didn’t give up and our fight was FUCKING AMAZING. We are not just a fandom, we are a FAMILY. I met so many wonderful people during this month. It was hard, on some days I felt like there was no hope, but you were always there for me. We fought, we cried, we laughed. It’s been amazing and it will be amazing. Together, there is nothing we can’t do. THANK YOU THANK THANK YOU!!!!

Just like that I felt reborn/ back from the dead hearing that Sense8 will be back. Everything is beautiful and nothing hurts.

Ok, I’m starting to gain my brains and making some comprehensible noises.

So, sensates, we did it. For now. But we have much more to do. From Lana's letter clear, that she has some hope for more. We need to keep pushing, but petitions, flip-flops and Twitter campaigns won't work this time. At least, they won't work without more solid reason for Netflix to reverse their decision for real. The only one possible solid reason is more money. More money is about viewership. So this is our major goal: to get a lot, A LOT of people to watch Sense8. Next year everyone around should wait for the special, even if Netflix won't be advertising it at all, as it happened with season 2. This is our job: promote Sense8 like we are paid for this. Talk with people about Sense8. Especially with people who have a love for a long and slow sci-fi, who are concerned with human rights, who are interested in knowing different cultures. Buy merchandise. There are unofficial stuff: mugs, t-shirts, posters. People are curious, they will notice t-shirt, come home, go to google it. Write posts about Sense8. Write fanfics. Make video. Paint doodles. Make Sense8 panels on local cons. Vote for Sense8 in every possible poll. Rate Sense8 at IMDB. We may win a battle. We will see how Kala saves Wolfgang. Probably we will see how Hernando and Dani react on the cluster. I hope we will see detective Mun. Maybe Sun will get her life back. Maybe creators even show us Nomanita's wedding. But we have so much more to see. The Wachowskis and JMS have so much more to tell us, to tell the world. Sense8 can change so many more lives. We need to keep fighting, and this time it's going to be a more complicated battle. We are not fighting Netflix this time; we are fighting the objective fact that Sense8 is hard to understand for many people. So we should find everyone, who can appreciate it. We should find everyone, who need it. Basically, we need to find other sensates. There are much more of us, I'm sure. Let's do this.
