One recent #Home Improvement project was the redo of our #fireplace and mantel. We removed tile which covered up the red brick. And whitewashed the brick. Added a #barn beam mantel which was salvaged from an old barn. And then added the #salvaged #beadboard which we painted a variety of colors. The tree of life is made from #recycled pallet wood. we Added a darker frame around the pallet wood For contrast. Our visit to #Hong Kong introduced us to all kinds of delicious food. At the top of my list is the #bubble waffle. They are amazing. You can get them with or without ice cream in them using them as a cone or straight as a bubble waffle hot off the waffle iron.
