What do you like about the fic, Monsters Among Us? Very curious to know your opinion.

yet another question asking me about a fic a friend of mine wrote XD @danzinora-switch really came out and wrote a killer fic introducing Bishop and the way it kinda was focused on donnie and raph was what sucked me in. Not only that but they used donnie's nieve, praise hungry personality to lure him into a trap in such a way that really feels like a wake-up call.

Donnie is a genius, yes we know this, but even child geniuses dont have the forethought to understand where danger lies. Bishop is an adult who is extremely manipulative and can see where donnie would crave that attention for what he creates. his siblings give him a lot of credit when he does cool shit but he didn't hear it enough from adults in his life. he wanted to be useful, treated with respect, seen for what he is.

bishop smashed all of that.

Raph has his own issues in this that make me hella curious and i love the little seeds danzinora dropped about a certain scally "dino" who saved him as a kid when he was lost. Raph has some deep hidden trauma and it made him very scared to be alone. add in the fact Donnie is essentially talking to a stranger and you've got a protective older brother whose scared as shit.

good stuff all around! and if this doesn't give you a good idea on how much I love this fic, look at the animatic I made for it! Danzinora actually paid me for my effort, i was doing it for free but then they stopped me and was like "NO IM PAYING YOU", bless them~

i learned a lot from that animatic and got feed back from pros on that btw and it taught me a lot so im using that to keep growing and make cool shit!
