DUO’s curved, honeycomb-patterned facades create a delicate play of light as captured in this stunning shot by photographer @ichabunni . Designed by @buroolescheeren , the DUO Twin Tower project in Singapore, with honeycomb pattern comprises a series of hexagonal sunshades that help protect the towers from the heat and glare of the sun, without interrupting the views out over Singapore’s gardens, oceans and skyline. The grid also provides texture to the smooth, concave curves of the building, as well as accentuating the dramatic cantilevers and setbacks that form the two towers. #3 Thus, I encourage them to rethink again that there is a chance to retain their executive condo while we still can purchase another property, thus at the end, they could retire with 2 properties instead of one. 🚀 Having their executive condo rented would allow them to save a lot of money once they are no longer working 🏃‍♂️ Thus, we have many rounds of discussion and evaluate their housing plans and options. After assessing the risks and doing the financial planning, my clients eventually took my advice to delay gratification and multiply another asset while they are still earning 👍 Therefore, our goal is crystal clear, and the next property would be a private one, which is not possible to get a HDB. We discovered Tropica at Tampines after several months, which also did not initially come to my client's mind 💬 Despite the cons of the location, when we visited and my clients were amazed 🥰 by the spaciousness, layout, and entry price, the pros outweigh the cons.
