He blinks at her statement, and a scuff or a chuckle, he isn’t quite sure which, leaves his lips at her response. His lips are parted as he takes a moment or so to truly process her words, and think of a proper response. For if he didn’t choose wisely, he was sure that their conversation could quickly turn from well meaning teases to bickering, at the least. It seemed the boy couldn’t quite master how to talk to Wednesday Addams. She was an enigma, it was something that could be rather frustrating.

“ You know I think you have a point. My lack of a crossbow is far more DISAPPOINTING than your lack of a cellphone. Perhaps I’d have better aim with a crossbow than a bow. ”

He shook his head. “ Unfortunately, for us both, Nevermore doesn’t have any crossbows. ” He had a feeling, like most things, the Addams girl excelled with using the weapon.

        “but i am the social media queen of nevermore!  it’s   not a nickname i gave myself, it’s something my followers have given me over time.”  well, that was only half true, since enid couldn’t really say she was named so more than she’s claimed the title.  still, people at school tended to call her that anyway, and she’d be lying if she said that she minded one bit.  she thought it was nice to be known for something she enjoyed doing.  “saying ‘soc queen’ is just like, a shorter version of it, but it’s the exact same.”

“i feel like i keep seeing you around the past few days, right?” america asks the other woman. as apprehensive as she’d tried to see, she’d actually been having a pretty good time so far. drink in hand, she gives her a small smile. “i’m america.”

@shcrpedges​ Things had been tensed between the three of them, Ashton was constantly on edge the moment he chose to run - no it wasn't much of a choice he made, it was the only choice he could live with. Arguing in that bunker was hard enough and he was pretty sure it would've self destructed if Morri wasn't there. It's been a long few months, fleeing to Norway, getting everything settled, Morri’s birth and now practically in hiding. And it felt like they barely had time to sit down and breathe. And now here they were. Ash hadn't really gone out of the house much, fixing up what they could here and making sure Morri wasn't alone, helping to take care of Lili to just let her rest. Both mother and daughter were finally sleeping as he sat on the steps of their porch and squeezed his eyes shut willing the migraine away, taking the moment alone for it all to sink in, what they'd already done, what they still had to do, who might be watching-- 

He heard the all too familiar footsteps when he looked up, "fuck-- Astor what happened?" He wasn't sure if he had the mental capacity to handle it but yet he shot up, jogging to his love's side for support, inspecting the mess he held, "are you hurt? Did they find you? Did they find us? I'll need to wake Morri up.."

There is a smirk that grows on her lips. She tilts her head at the girl she was beginning to like. Wednesday Addams was not an easy person to be around. But she was there. And her CREEPY and spooky little self became one that Bianca possibly enjoyed, or she was at least trying to. “ So I suppose I am to give you my THANKS now then ? ” The siren rolled her eyes, as she let out a little chuckle. “ This still begs the question of if you’ll be joining me as a co-captain next semester ? ”
