This is probably like, petty as hell, but calling Monarch "Malcom" in fic kinda of ruins it for me :/
#esp when they have sheila or gary call him that#like#bruh#theres like an entire thing where he hates when abyone calls him malcom#and also#sheila calls gary and hamilton by their first names#but she ONLY calls the monarch monarch#there is not a single moment where she refers to him as malcom and thwyre married#shes on a first name bases with her ex boyfriend and her husbands henchman but not her own husband#he gets called malcom to his face all of what? 3 times on screen#in college before he was the monarch by a time traveling rusty and by his father#his reaction to rusty and don is the same: he immediate is like ''what the fuck did you just call me''#he doesnt even tolerate Mr.Fitzcoraldo from the banker#his name ks The Mighty Monarch or The Monarch or Momarch#anywau fic where gary and sheila surprise him with paperwork to change his legal first name to Monarch
