YESYES CASS & R friendship!!!! But I also really hope reader doesn’t lose her strength especially after what happened. Part of what made this series so appealing to me is that there’s already so many fics about f!reader losing their wings (my personal gripe with sjm for making it this way aside, that’s a whole other discussion lol) so this story feels special to me. I would love to see her still being able to keep up in training/fighting :’) And peace!!!! Please let them be happy lol ❤️ Maybe r in velaris can explore whether she would have hobbies or artistic interests now that she doesn’t have to be on alert for her life all the time? Just some ideas :) (p.s. I still love that dragon idea too. Maybe not a dragon but perhaps she would like animals?)

it's hard as well because you existed in this like, sour spot, where you were ruffling lord mylind's (rest not in peace </3) feathers by climbing the ranks and getting better but you were also being actively hindered? so basically i can't imagine u would do anything but fuckin kick ass when you're unrestrained <3 like cassian is gonna get his ass kicked but he's gonna be like so happy about it lol

#i know what you mean about the wings and the amount of fics with losing wings permanently....#i think its like #its the same level if not MORE as losing a whole ass limb #so if you wouldn't write a fic where r loses a whole leg or arm and then deals with the subsequent loss of becoming disabled #why would you do that with wings!?!?#its a level of suffering that is beyond what you can comfort #but people love to put it in for the hurt part of hurt/comfort #anyways #no wing loss here. reader babey is gonna be flying her whole life #shes gonna GET that flight over velaris with azriel she's EARNED it #ok ok enuf rambling from me....#sloane speaks #anon #asks #wtssf
