I found this song through The Sims 4 as there is a “simlish” version of it in game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dkcb_RcfliE
The real Japanese version is the other link I provided. Hopefully you’re able and willing to translate this, because there doesn’t appear to be any lyrics for it, at least not without some deep searching.
The Simlish version is hilarious, sounds like someone who doesn’t know Japanese trying to sing Japanese... in the funny way, I mean.
So, the original song is the opening theme from the dating visual novel game ~Miyako~ Snowfall Banquet. Surprisingly, even the JP wikipedia doesn’t have a game synopsis. But from what the CM shows, it looks like one of those Feudal Japan types of otome games where the MC suddenly shows up in the past and meets all these handsome young men who are probably based on actual historical figures or legends...
Anyway, this song is a serious bop. I don’t know how many times I’ve listened to it now.
As always, the Romaji lyrics and translations are below the cut. Japanese lyrics taken from this lyrics site.
Romaji lyrics:

English translation:
Wavering in the span of the briefest night
Petals dyed in pale snow white
The bonds of lives that have crossed
The glistening of mirroring waters
Shining upon the guidepost
Fluttering cherry blossoms
Even the feelings meant for you
Hide them away completely
In the haze, in the moment
Pregnancy from the heat of the night
The fluttering elegant dream
I want to keep protecting it like it’s unbreakable
The banquet that turns the fates of Heaven
A piece of this feeling, a charming miracle
An enchanting melody, a guiding dance
Yearn, wish, this eternal devoted love
The moon clad in gold
that shines delicately upon you has waned
The quiet vow carved into your heart
An unfulfilled, unhatched prayer and a lamentable night
The passion rings without end, feelings crossing paths
In the space between dark and light
The poem* that recites the fates of time
An ardent wish met together like shells
Amid the four seasons that color your heart
Let's turn this sweet dream into reality
Wavering in the span of the briefest night
Petals dyed in pale snow white
Caught in sight of cold eyes
All means to resist are lost
Wavering in the span of the briefest night
The enka** that blooms in the forbidden courtyard
The bonds of lives that have crossed
The banquet that turns the fates of Heaven
A piece of this feeling, a charming miracle
An enchanting melody, a guiding dance
Grieving, panting, yearning eternally
The poem that recites the fates of time
An ardent wish met together like shells
Amid the four seasons that color your heart
Let's turn this sweet dream into reality
* I chose “poem” to simplify because the words of a poem like a tanka aren’t cleanly translated into English without proper context.
** The enka is referring to the type of poem, but here it’s presented as a flower that can bloom.
This was a really nice song to translate because it not only reads like a poem, it’s even written with archaic prose to match the game’s setting. Thanks for the suggestion!
