Evolving my 1st #ShinyCombusken.

I wanted to wait towards the end of the event to evolve anything, but since most of the event had mostly finished, and I’d only gotten 1 Shiny Torchic, I decided to just try n get as many torchics as I could because I was very low on Pinap Berries, the PokéStops were very stingy, and spawn rates were very bad.

So I evolved the only Shiny I had, n rushed to Evolve it for the Exclusive Blaziken move. But then I started getting more shiny Torchics. It was pretty infuriating & frustrating!

I was hoping the spawn rate would be as good as the Baggan event which I didn’t even get to do the entire event of, and I really struggled to even catch everything in that event. This event was sparse and I did the entire thing on foot, plus I’m also sick.

How many shiny did you catch? Comment below! I caught 4 but Lari amassed 13!!!!! Torchic is such a cutie ! If I had one in real life I’d hold it all day and pet its tiny feathers. Thanks to @pokemex for inviting me over to Mexico City to enjoy a Community Day like never before! There were lots of activities before the spawn hours and @nianticlabs even sent some free posters and stickers. PvP tournaments, trading, lots of photos, contests, prizes and even donations! Many people brought dog food and cleaning supplies for donation which created a positive outcome for the community. @ch3vi is a Mexican Pokemon Go YouTuber who also played here. Overall an amazing complete day, I wish more cities decided to do community days like this one where activities start from earlier in the day and end with the 3 hour window, that way we could make these monthly meets even more special.
