I'm in flares, which is making thinking much more difficult, and am frozen with indecision about my first half of 2024 journal setup and I just want someone to tell me what to do with it lmao 😭

#like. should i set a word of the year? should i pick one for the first half then maybe a second for the second half?#should i do quarterly words? no words?#should i set goals? should i try to make a vision board? should i make hobby trackers (to make sure I allow myself to have fun sometimes)?#should i use color a lot or as an accent? brights? neutrals? pastels?#should i use acrylographs? should i create flip out reusable trackers for weekly things that repeat?
