How I feel about this character

i love him so MUCH good LORD. i Somehow manage to relate to him despite having maybe 2 things in common with him. he’s my son. i love him, how ONE wrote him, how he’s both high int low wis AND high wis (for example: the fucking haystack vs how he’s able to hide his intentions and such very well), just basically everything about him. used to dislike him, back in eps 4-5, but i can now appreciate pre-mob, absolutely feral bastard teru. he’s got the best energy and i like his style

All the people I ship romantically with this character

MOB!!!! but i can also love and appreciate riteru and, ngl, shouteru? imagine the chaotic energy. the bonding over shitty parents. ya feel

My non-romantic OTP for this character

reigen and teru are the kid-looking-up-to-him dynamic send tweetalso non-romantic ritsu and teru frienship is GOOD

My unpopular opinion about this character

he has good style and i don’t think his hair is dyed, criminal i know(i don’t know which other opinions i have for him could be could be unpopular. probably that i don’t actually think he and reigen have a legit father/son thing. does he look up to reigen, respect him, see him as a safe person? yes! i do think so. but not quite the kind of father/son dynamic people give them.)

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

i REALLY wish we knew more about why?? he’s living by himself?? where’s that pic that’s like “i will now pepper in the fact that this 13 year old lives by himself” with john mulaney, ‘cause that’s what’s up with teru. i want it Addressed pls. i’m starving for the canon teru content

i love the pair of them. this aint a romance tho. its kind of a typical relationship fic where u see them getting closer, or its supposed to be.

mainly theres one scene i wanted to write where theyre gushing over hagemon and shou is like its cool that u like them even tho all our friends think its ugly! and terus like WHAT. and he has like a fashion crisis cuz hes actually very insecure. he did not realize that ppl hated his wardrobe lol and then the next time shou invites him to hang out at sns he comes early and is like OK if u dont fucking compliment terus outfit and cheer when he walks in im gonna bomb this building. and then thats the day teru comes with a painfully boring outfit and when everyone is like "looking good" hes like oh ha :) i forgot something at home bye and shou has to insist to him that hagemon is actually super metal lol haha wth i mean thanks for inquiring, anon
