•A naga is a half snake half human mythical creature

• OVA stands for "Original Video Animation" and there is a 1993 OVA version of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. A lot of the characters look (and some even act) vastly different from their anime counterparts. One of these characters is Vanilla/Cool Ice, or in this case "Iced". I have made an alternate universe for my alternate universe, where the characters look and act pretty differently. For example, Iced is more arrogant, cocky, flirty, and outgoing rather than now Cool Ice acts. OVA Bel is a lot more mean and snarky as opposed to SCVB Bel

• Voidverse is another alternate universe of mine where everyone's personalities are the opposite. Ice is now pretty chill and silly, Tippy is cold and serious, and Bel is very shy and insecure

• SHV SCVB, this stands for Sapphire Heartverse: Sugar Crash Void Bash. This is the main alternate universe we reside in

Ramón: It's kind of weird considering the fact he was literally being mind controlled by a weird cursed gem he had inside of a crown and tried to kill us all at first

Bel: Oh but we decided to let bygones be bygones and such! Besides, Ramón saved my life. Not only mine but also the two who became my partners. *Checks their nails* If it wasn't for him, I'd probably still be, like, super evil and whatever.

Ramón: Papa didn't really tell us a whole lot about this guy... but from what I know, they were both hardcore rivals. I mean, I guess having three dads is better than having no dads *rubs neck* 😅

Bel: Yeah, we used to totally hate each other... but honestly, getting to know Nilly and Tip Tip better super helped out. I love those two with all my heart. *Confident facade wavers a bit* And... I hope one day to bond with Ramón as well. I get the feeling he's still a little wary about me... but I do think of him as my own son too...

Bel in the OVA-verse is gonna have dark brown hair! A friend of mine suggested that and I absolutely loved that idea!! 😭🫶

So you'll notice some subtle differences (although Vans and Iced are vastly different from each other)

Tippy: Mischievous, laid back, sassy, and playful, naughty but has a good heart

Tip: Mischievous, sassy, snarky, an actual villain, but very much a tsundere

Vanilla: Poised, gentlemanly, phlegmatic, normally the voice of reason, but he likes to let loose a little and can be a bit naughty

Iced: Flirty (very popular with the fellas), bold, cocky, suave, cool-headed but has a little bit of a temper

Bel (SHV SCVB): Prissy, sassy, extroverted, confident, very friendly, but he can be very mean either by accident or when he gets upset

Bel: (OVA SCVB): Snobby, prissy, arrogant, materialistic, always quick to point out others' flaws and make himself look better in comparison, however he's very insecure inside and uses this arrogance as a front

After reading that fic, I have to say Vanilla Ice deserves all the love after what happened to him in his childhood. Why did his parents abandon him? Are you going to tell us more about it soon? (no pressure!)

Yeah... 😔🫶 Vanilla had it pretty rough and all he wanted was to be loved and accepted. He finally was able to get that 💙💜

As for your questions, I'm going to go deeper into Vanilla's past in the sequel Sugar Crash Void Bash!! I'll explain why his parents abandoned him- well... Emmanuel (Vanilla's cousin) will explain everything in the future 💪 SCVB is being written alongside the good ending of SHV (the bad ending is already written, but I'm going to post them alongside each other)

Hi, Tippy! I have a question about your fan fiction. In your AU, Vanilla Ice has a birth name, Ezekiel. I would like to say that this direction is not something that I was expecting however I like it. My question is, are we going to find out more about Vanilla Ice's/Ezekiel's past asides from him being abandoned at an orphanage? What happened to his biological parents? Are his birth parents still alive? Please do not feel pressured to answer this. I am interested in more details about your version of Vanilla Ice

I don't really want to spoil anything before Sugar Crash Void Bash comes out, because that'll be answered in the sequel fanfic, starring Vanilla and Tippy's son, Ramón!

Tw: brief mention of child abuse

Yes, it's true that Vanilla's birth name is Ezekiel! His biological parents abandoned him at an orphanage, leaving him on the doorstep at 2 years old. He doesn't remember much, he doesn't even remember his biological parents' faces.

Yes, his biological parents are still alive. But he holds resentment in his heart for the torture he had to go through his entire childhood and adolescence.

In SCVB, Vanilla (Ezekiel) meets his cousin, Emmanuel. Emmi tells Vanilla that he's been looking for him for years. Emmi keeps calling Vanilla, "Ezekiel" much to his dismay because he associates that name with being screamed at by awful caretakers.

In the SHV, Vanilla explains to Tippy that "Vanilla Ice Cream" was a nickname given to him by a woman who wanted to be his mother. Unfortunately, Vanilla's life was one tragedy after another and he never got adopted. So, to honor her, he went by the name Vanilla Ice, and finally came up with a name for his stand, which is Cream. It may sound silly to those who don't know the story, but in Vanilla's heart, "vanilla ice cream" means so much to him.

So to answer your questions and try to stop my ramblings 😭, yes his birth parents are still alive, Emmanuel knows about what happened to Vanilla and wants to get to the bottom of why they abandoned him.
