SIDES. When I became vegetarian and then vegan...people would ask with concern about what I ate. Sometimes rather than talk about legumes, greenfood, whole grains etc. I'd say think of everything on the thanksgiving table beyond the turkey. The typical response would be a smile and " yeah, ok I get it."
