Happy Valentine’s Day 

Wishing everyone a happy Valentine’s Day. I thought I would let you guys in on how Chanel and I met and how we became a  couple. I moved from Connecticut when I was 15 because my dad got a job transfer. I came from a very small town so moving to NYC was a huge culture shock. I was shy and it was hard to make friends since it was junior year and everyone already knew each other, I kind of just kept to myself. Chanel, of course, was the opposite. She knew everyone, she was that annoying person that was cool with all the teachers too lol and she was openly out as a lesbian.  The summer before our senior year I got a job at the pool at the concession stand and she and her friends would come by every weekend. I was definitely crushing on her then but I didn’t think anything of it, a little innocent girl crush. As the summer went on I realized that it wasn’t a “simple girl crush” but I actually liked her which scared me so I switched shift with my coworker so I worked during the week to get her out of my head. I had never liked a girl before. The summer ended and I thought I had erased all my feelings until I walk into my calc class that first day and SHE WAS THERE!!! There I was acting all shy and stupid by myself because it's not like anyone knew I liked her. I just thought to myself that I had to get through that one class, it’s not like she talked to me anyway. About two to three months in she started struggling with the material and being that I was doing so well in the class our teacher asked me to tutor her, she said as long as Chanel’s grades went up she would drop my lowest test score. I almost declined but she looked really desperate. She played volleyball and our school was very strict on keeping grades up to stay on school teams. Anyway we would meet in a private study room in the library after her practice ended and do our homework together. After a while we became friends. During one of our sessions she was complaining about her ex still trying to hit her up, then she asked me if I had ever dated a girl before. I told her no, then she asked if I had ever wanted to be with a girl 👀. I didn’t answer, just started stuttering and acting a damn fool. She just smirked and changed the subject.  On our way home that day she said that she left her key at home. She “tried” calling her parents but no one picked up. She asked me if she could stay with me until someone was home to let her in. I, innocently, told her sure. Let just say the girl had her keys on her and I was the one that lost something that day. I guess I can’t be too mad about her lying lol we’ve been together 6 years and we’re starting a family!!! I can’t imagine myself with anyone else, we love each other unconditionally and she made me come out my shell. I don’t know how I would have survived without her by my side. Anyway I just thought I would spread a little ❤️ today. I hope everyone is having a great time with their valentine XOXO

Surprise!!! 

I was feeling so nauseous and extremely tired these past couple of days but I didn’t want to jump to conclusions. I called my doctor and he told me I should take a test and.... I’M PREGNANT!!! I’m so overwhelmed and exstatic I don’t know what to do with myself. I can’t wait until Chanel's home so I can surprise her with the news!!
