Jungle Bird 1.5 oz rum @originalbumbu 0.75 oz campari @campariusa 1.5 oz pineapple juice 0.5 oz simple syrup 0.5 oz lime juice For the popsicle, I added pineapple juice and a splash with rum and topped with tajin. Add everything to a shaker and strain over fresh ice.  Happy Monday! Let’s start off the week with a tiki classic, The Jungle Bird 🍹. Bumbu is a smooth rum from Barbados that has been aged for up to 15 years and has notes of vanilla and caramel flavors, and I even get hints of banana. It’s rare to see a tiki drink that includes Campari, and honestly I love adding that bitter citrus flavor to every cocktail.  Although this summer has passed us all by really quickly, I try to embrace it by recreating summer cocktails. The jungle bird popsicle mold has some additional rum and pineapple juice so as its melts your drink isn’t diluted 😉 and stays extra cold. What’s been your go-to summer drink lately? Thanks to 🍸 @liquid_community • • • • • I friggin looove Chartreuse, neat, in cocktails, yellow, green.. it doesn't matter 🙌 . 👉 So naturally I wanted a drink with Chartreuse as the main spirit of the drink, with tequila to add a backbone. Lime juice naturally cause it's good friends with both of the spirits, maraschino to add some sweetnes to the drink and eggwhite for texture and mouthfeel. Added just a tiny amount of soda on top so the foam would kinda hug the lime! I mean look at it, it soo good for you. It's green, it has to be healthy! 😉 .
