Like my first love that September

Transcript & Context:

[The trial was an eye-opener for us and we shouldn't be afraid to reach out to help cope with trauma. We both went to therapy, my mum felt brave enough to open up about her mental health and I went to talk through my fears and distress and how to gain control of it. In the end, we decided to move to Henford-on-Bagley]

[The countryside promoted healing and we were less likely to be triggered by places or people. It was really an escape from the big city. Settling down was easy since my grandparents lived there. It was also my first time visiting the family farm and I loved every single moment in that house]

[Most importantly, I felt more relaxed in Henford-on-Bagley. No more pestering reporters or prying eyes of the neighbours. No more trouble sleeping or flashbacks to all the difficult times. Instead, it was a warm welcome from the villagers, who did not ask too many questions, well most of them anyway]

[Our wellbeing improved and we immediately fitted in with the community. It was a new beginning here which meant a different school, routine and people. And one person in particular stood out from everyone else]

[Henford-on-Bagley was where I met Nancy Montford. She was my first love]

The remaining story parts (the first love and the one after 👀) are the ones that I have most been looking forward to! And look who is his first love...Nancy (tjolc)!!! It is perfect with her cooking roots and how city detective also explores food. I've mentioned that Vincent likes cooking and you will find out how it came to that. Now the two legacies link 🤗 One more thing is Oscar has NO RELATION to Strangerville even though I initially created him to be the mysterious guy.

I forgot to take a screenshot of final grade, but Terra did REALLY well. Remi...not so much. Too much side work (but she's sitting pretty on a nice pile of money)! Still, both girls are ready for graduation!

And here is Fern and Misael's new home! They moved to San Sequoia, a place that they both felt was in great need of its own local bakery. Thankfully, San Sequoia isn't too far from Henford-on-Bagley, so if River or Amara ever want to visit their daughter they don't have too far to travel.

Fern and Misael are so happy in their relationship and new home, that something truly wonderful happened on the day they moved in...

Misael proposed!

"Fern Rachel Connors," Misael began, "there's nobody else on the planet I'd rather spend my life with. You encourage my artistic endeavours, stuck by me throughout high school, and never once used me for my family's status or my popularity in school. You make my life better just by existing, and I hope that I can be just as much of a rock for you that you are for me. I love you with every inch of my soul. Will you give me the privilege of calling you my wife?"

Fern's answer was instant. "Yes! Oh, Misael, of course I'll be your wife!"

The two of them shared a kiss and she jumped into his arms, the couple elated and overjoyed. This was going to be an exciting new step in their relationship. Sure, one could argue they were moving too fast, but everyone has their own pace and for Misael and Fern this pace was just right for them.

(The build that Fern and Misael have moved into is by the amazing and talented @rachelpedd !! I fell in love with this house the moment I saw the speed build of it over on YouTube and I knew immediately that it would be perfect for the happy couple ❤️)

Fabiola Seed: The Baker. 🌟🥧 Growing up on the farm with all your family and animals, you have always aspired to have a family of your own. You fall in love with your high school sweetheart and get married as soon as you become a young adult.

It's almost Winterfest and our girls do some bonding via tree decoration.

Maya was quite proud of how the tree turned out and excited for presents.

In fact, she even got a special knitted present from Mama Makenzie.

And I admit to giving her my own present. ;)

And despite the snow, Maya really wanted to learn how to ride a bike so Mama Jodi took some time to help her out.

Later that night, we invited some family and friends for the grand meal.

Things had been lonely for Emmett since he's living on his own but Maya knows how to cheer up her uncle.

And I suddenly remember why I don't buy that block table that often.

But thankfully everyone had a good time with the meal.

[When my mum came home, I told her what happened and she promised never to leave me alone] Payton: I'm so sorry my baby [hugs Vincent close] I will never leave you alone again. [Still, she didn't reach out to anyone for help and was scared to report him, so life went on]

[Work became a place of security for her. Despite not knowing the details, people at the hospital looked out for her well-being. As with me, it was at Charlie's house and I spent every moment with his family whenever she was busy. Like after school, one of his dads would pick me up and I'd be part of their routine]

[Sometimes Pam would come along and we'd all hang out together before it was time for our parents to come. Reading comics, playing videogames or make-believe: my favourite childhood memories were at his house]

[Then came my mum's overnight shifts, which led to frequent sleepovers. I felt like I was part of their family already, his dads were more of a father figure to me than my own ever was. I was always welcome and I felt safe with Billy and Josh. They were Uncle Billy and Uncle Josh to me even before meeting Renee]

[It wasn't long before they caught up on why I was always sleeping over at theirs] Billy: Vinny…is something happening at home? You can tell me anything buddy. [I wanted to let it all out right there, everything that has happened, but my heart couldn't]

The most Challenging story that I have create for her...and finally she achieved her goals with all the roller coaster she's being thru and she found her happy ending..See u again Camilia Kannedy Chamberlian. The fact that Fern is so heartbroken over the breakdown of their relationship while Misael got the want to woohoo Kacie just minutes after the divorce interaction speaks volumes I feel
