Hi guys!

This time I recreated Abril Palace, a french mansion in Argentina’s countriside.

This house belonged to Pereyra Iraola  famili, which had other countriside houses in Buenos Aires Province. 

It was custom for the time to have a house in Buenos Aires City, a house in Mar del Plata, and a big accomodation in the countriside. And they had many.

It is said that the owner died before completion and the house passed to his dughter Laura, who wanted a modest house. 

But when completed in 1932, the architect had addorned the house in the most lavish ways despite Luara’s wishes. Because of that, she never inhabited the house, and gave it to her godson, Jorge.  

For correct use you will have to place it in a 50x40 lot and you will also need Felixandre, The Jim, SYB, The Marble Mortal, Cliffou, Aggressivekitty and others CC to play properly. If you don’t have the CC, you will have to finish the house inside.

You will have to furnish the ground floor and 2 floor, as I have only completed the “piano nobile” as ypu can see in the pictures.
