Hey everyone! 🏡✨ I’ve just finished building a brand new house in The Sims 4, and I’m so excited to share it with you! This house is called Sunny Meadows Home and it’s built on a 30x20 lot. It’s a two-story build with a spacious and functional layout, perfect for endless customization possibilities!

Here’s a quick overview of the house:

Midhope Castle aka Lallybroch "Outlander" Tv Show

This is my first Collab with TheSenseMedieval, my sweet and very talented friend, Marie.

First of all, Thank you all Creators for your beautiful CC! I would love to mention all of you but there is soooo MANY, that I would need 2 pages for it!

This build was made it from Midhope Castle in Scotland only 1 floor plan and the pictures of the Tv Show Studio, so my apologies for not to be exact with the build. I did try to be as close as possible with furniture and decoration and oh boy! Wasn't easy either! LOL

I used some alfa cc from TheSenseMedieval, so you can replace them with other cc until She release them.

I did test my Castle in the game and is working fine.

I didn't included the pay cc: AggressiveKitty - Country, Medieval, Shanghai.

                                             PinkBox Anye - Tuscany and random but she have those cc free already, I think.

                                             Cowbuild - french country and tuscany.

                                             Winner9 - tuscany.

Emerald Valley House – New Suburban Style Build in The Sims 4! 🏡✨

Hey Simmers! I’m excited to share my latest creation in The Sims 4: Emerald Valley House!

This suburban-style house sits on a 30x20 lot and is spread across two levels. Inside, you’ll find:

A spacious living room

A large kitchen

3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, perfect for a large family or group of friends!

One of my favorite things about this house is the green space around it. There’s plenty of room to design your dream garden, and the private backyard is perfect for relaxing or adding your own outdoor touches. 🌸🌳

What makes this build even more special is that it’s unfurnished, giving you complete freedom to personalize the interiors however you like! You can make this house truly yours by decorating and organizing the space however you want. 🎨

I got bored of my other dispensary - so I made a new one! This one includes a hookah lounge and kitchen (to make edibles for sale). It also has a small greenhouse with all available strains (”perfect”  quality). I also included some pre-rolls and grams for quick pick-ups!
