Book character: *has a giant tree in the middle of the second story of their house*
Me: I just found a new home décor goal.
#this is about The Last Song of Sirit Byar.#that story was heartbreaking.#but also… trees inside the house? absolute gold. I want that.#but also... knowing what I know about carpentry and home renovation (which is not much but more than it has any right to be):#the entire house (and I mean the entire thing) is built around supporting that tree. Those walls are thick.#I think that's kind of poetic in its own right. As a stand-alone concept or within the context of the story.#my post#textpost#aesthetic#q
