oof. there have been many versions of starscream over the years so i'm just gonna do the ones i think are the most major ones

G1:

probably the starscream i'm the least attached to. i think it's his design and the fact that i have no nostalgia for G1 (i only discovered G1's existence when i joined the TF fandom and i was literally not born yet when G1 was airing).

it's still fun watching him be a big toddler, tho. and i filled out the daddy issues box because he has the vibes of someone who has it.

TFA:

spongestar giantchin slimpants my beloved. his voice, personality and inability to stay dead makes for a very fun villain!

daddy issues box filled out for the same reason as G1 starscream.

TFP:

copy pasted the bingo and answer from the first ask + filled in the leave them alone box because i think it sums up my feelings about TFP star perfectly:

but to add to this: i think he has one the best design out of every starscream design ever. it fits his personality to a T. not only that, i think his design is also one of the best transformers design in general.

the leave them alone box is for my disdain towards the autobot starscream trope.

leave. him. alone, he deserves better than to be this uwu abused misunderstood bad boy that's secretly good. i'm all for woobifying villains but this is too much, even for me.
