@n0rtist's Stema Project is by far my favorite creature collector!! his designs are inspired, all being based off of various STEM topics, and the explanations of the science behind the inspirations are clear and effective! I've learned about so many cool concepts from his videos, and even understood limits in calculus for the first time!
I've wanted to make the starters out of Perler beads for a while and stumbling across n0Rtist's own pixel art of them here was enough to send me into a creative frenzy and put together all 3 in one night so without further ado, meet Pyro type Potink, Dendro type Slugant, and Hydro type Micicule! I’m a huge fan of Fakemon projects, especially @n0rtist’s stema region! It’s such a unique concept and I can’t wait for the final game. I love the designs, especially the Slugant line, so I made some art.

Do you have any stemas based on photosynthesis?
Slugant is a producer, making energy through photosynthesis
I don't have a line that goes into the specifics of the process though, like photosystems II and I, but it does like a fun concept to explore.

made a little model of Slugant - one of the starters from @n0rtist‘s STEMA Region project! its not 100% the same as the official art - i added my own little quirks and little details i enjoy but its pretty cool either way!
more stuff under the cut :3
heres the un-posed model and some armature i was working on! i actually got most of the weight painting done, but any extreme movements tend to get..... very wonky (its my first time adding armature to anything lol). i tried painting it in paint 3d, but after i made some progress, it suddenly crashed so im just going with the solid green lol
heres a version where i modeled some eyes (they look a bit silly)
and a back view! i originally interpreted the official art as the leaf arms coming around the back like a cape, then my friend pointed it it may just be a sort of hunched over back like a slug has! i went with the 2nd interpretation cuz it seemed easier to model lol

slugant replied to your post: Tbh, I hate New York and I pity everyone who lives...
what happened to stony brook?
I went yesterday, and it's pretty and everything, but it's out in the middle of nowhere aka long island and I'd get so bored.
