For those who haven't been here a while (and by "a while", I mean literally the first 2 days since I started regularly posting here), I did a highlight compilation post of moments from my Spooky Month hunger games simulator, and I'm doing it again, just with 36 characters instead of 24
That's some random stuff, but I also have some more specific insanity
First is what happened after Roy died
And after that....
Yeh
And then there's all the shit Garcia did
I'm so glad I used this image because it conjures the funniest mental images for me
Dexter against the thieves dkngkdsjgdn, that is SO funny to me
I'm just imagining the NG ending for Hollow Sorrows now, but instead of Fat Thief saying he got scared by the giant spider, it's that him and Thin Thief "got chased around by a crazy guy in a hazmat suit with a knife"
Also
TT: ...It wasn't a hazmat suit.
FT: It wasn't? But it was yellow and had a big zipper!
And then the two argue over whether Dexter's exterminator outfit qualifies as a hazmat suit until Candy Dealer tells them to can it
FIRST OF ALL, YES. At the beginning of the episode, after Dex scares the thieves shitless and Lila kicks them out, she's all like
L: Dexter, how many times have i told you to not stab people!
D: I wasn't gonna actually stab them!...Not mortally, anyway.
L: How did you even get in?!
D: Oh, that's easy! I just snapped a window lock open, I was way too worried when I saw those guys get into your house :D
And he's like so genuinely happy and wanting to help that Lila just immediately gives up the scolding.
Also, do you think the cult would know of Dexter and his "issues", and be interested in him since they seem to take a liking in having serial killers, arsonists and all kinds of criminals on their side? Since in the Canon timeline they knew Dexter was stuck in the doll but decided not having him around was gonna be easier since he wasn't part of the cult anyway so they just left him there to rot?
Uhhh the thieves? I think that could be interesting
JJD-fying Random Characters (PT 3)
(Ps: Here JJD never attacked them when they robbed the lab)
Okay, so, straight to the point: JJD just wanted to get Thin Thief. There's a few times where she's not that direct and just keeps acting weird around her victim as a warning of what's about to come, either because she's in the hype for it or because she's not able to get them at the moment
Fat Thief already had noticed her personality and tastes before and knows about her reputation, but now he got even MORE curious because,,, why?? And why you talking to my brother aswell??? So he went to talk to her
She never liked him mostly because she thought Oliver (my hc for Fat Thief's name) would be way too emotional just like Radford, buuut he's mainly dumb, and it got her attention,, plus, she also began to grow some interest on him aswell and tried to trick HIM onto getting to get them close to her
Like a good asshole she kept with her tickling stuff but in a "did you know?" way, kinda like Bob, with cool facts and such, plus a few cool things that she has done. Consequently Oliver just assumed that she wasn't that bad, and they ended up being friends
Louis (name hc for Thin Thief) obviously didn't liked it ONE BIT and confronted Oliver, who just defender her and himself saying that she's not THAT bad if you're her friend! And that he could try too!!
He did tried (cough cough pressure) and... well, it was needed for JJD to offer money and help with the robberies (plus plan some of them herself where they're not sneaky so "it'd be fun"), but at some point both of them finally befriended her
She's only their "best friend" because they're like the funniest ones around the town and it's a good entertainment to her, really. If they end up getting boring or she finds someone else, she'll come back to her plan of getting them both before leaving
And yeah she couldn't hold herself, she asks for Oliver to test a few of her inventions for her "as a friendly favor" from time to time (spoiler: they were already tested long ago) just so she won't stay with nothing. She tried with Louis too, but he always refused, at some point she gave up since it'd end up in suspicions. They also began to act more stubborn and "wild" thanks to her, so a "W-We had to leave because it has a huge spider, and..!!" consequently turns into a "It had a HUGE spider! No way we'd get it, it was impossible!"
〞Gotta go to the end of the line fo' that, you'we not the only one! You can t'wy afte' Bobby, Iggy, Sno'ty, those 'andom thieves, CandyBoy, Sunglasses, Hyste'ic, Mustache, Wheezy... 〞
You know, I was looking at the Halloween drawing and comparing it to the new one when I had a horrifying realization.
In both images Roy seems uncomfortable with being in a proper costume, but has no issue "making" a generic (and non horror adjacent) costume in Tender Treats.
I tried to figure out why when I remembered that specific costumes, usually with some morbid/horror twist, are sometimes used in roleplay which coupled with Roy's trauma would explain his aversion to traditional Halloween costumes and for the holiday in general, which could be a great parallel between him and the spookies.
(Also the ghost on the right in this year's image is meant to represent Dexter, you can tell by the mis-matchd eyes)
