Guuuys! It’s time! @adriannasharp​ has published our collab over on AO3!

I decided to throw my hat in the ring to do some art this year, and she graciously picked my piece (perhaps because I sold it as a thing that could be done quickly and painlessly, but that is beside the point, lolol). Check out the fic! It’s super cute and fun and pulls at your heartstrings in places.

I did this in Clip Studio Paint. I had originally tried to do a traditional piece with watercolor, but I am soooo rusty, and it was looking pretty terrible. It was much easier to obtain the effects I wanted digitally. ^^; But even then, this is like... version three. So  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Don’t stare at his stupid face too long.  I cannot draw that great to begin with, let alone boys. XD But, art goals, ya know? Anyway, go check out the fic!!!

A little late posting this but I finally posted something new and for SMMB 2022. A huge thanks for @ninjettetwitch for helping me out and for being the wonderful Beta that she is! Thank you so much @coppercrane2 for stepping in as my very last minute partner and being so patient with me.

Art piece number two for my collab with @adriannasharp !

I've always loved drawing little panel comics--I've never been very good at it, but I do love to do it anyway. This is the first time I've done one digitally.

When I got a sneak peak at the fic, I couldn't help but want to draw this scene as a little comic.

I just imagined his little legs shuffling away as he waddled down the hall.

I actually originally drew him as the sun, and Adrianna politely fixed my mistake. 🤣 All hail the mighty undo button.

Lost on Mars

And *drumroll please*, here it is! My last piece for the SMMB 2022. https://archiveofourown.org/works/44713156 Fics will eventually be posted and linked all together. When? Idk. We did a collective group thing, which was pretty cool, and I think if the year hadn’t been so hard on so many of us, we’d have a lot more completed right now. I will definitely post when the fics start going up. The early outlines I read were amazing, and I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out reading them when it’s time.

Art sketched by hand, colored in Clip Studio Paint, and the words were in Inkscape (which is why there is a stupid transparent strip down the side that I haven’t bothered to fix yet... because I don’t know how to use Inkscape and my old version of PS apparently died on me, so *shrug*).

No one can read it yet, but I feel like I need to celebrate the fact the the first draft of my entry to the 2022SSMB event is done.

And not October twenty-something the day before it's due. 🥳

My beta has something complete to beta! It's a miracle.

And @mochibuni can finalize her drawings.
