mental health check. i checked. its still FUCKING THERE-
#i have mild ocd (by which i mean ocd is not the worst of my problems lol)#and today i was reminded of that#we have a filter on our faucet but it said all over the manual that if hot water runs through it It Will Break#so before i flip the switch i always test the water temp through the main faucet#and today i was getting water and i thought oh we havent turned the hot water on at all today i dont need to check it#and then my brain was like what if mum turned the hot water on without me in there we cant afford to get a new filter its almost $100#and i was like you know what itll take 2 seconds its too early to argue with my brain this morning ill test it#lo and behold the water was cold
