#grape soda#angel cake#orange custard#motley#my art#original character#i said i wouldnt put design notes for these new designs#but. im gonna#i did some polls for orange and grapes designs a couple weeks ago#and an overwhelming majority of people wanted grape soda to have filled in hair and an emo flap#but i ultimately decided against it because otherwise she would have ended up being the only character with filled in hair#it just looked really weird is what im saying#so instead i just darkened her overall purple to try and convey the same feeling#orange custard had an outfit poll too#but the options i provided once again relied way too heavily on outline color#and also i didnt like that she didnt really have a design motif like the others#so i reworked her entirely. now she is a starfish surfer girl#and lastly. this is like the 2nd time ive ever drawn angel cake. so this may as well be a debut lol#but shes got a little description. so. thats all you get of her for now#thanks for reading this far. kissa you on the mouth#mwuah#edit: posted the wrong ver of this drawing l m a o
