my dog just snapped at another dog and hes never done that before and now idk what to do. like was that dogs vibe just off or is my guy starting to be a shithead

#hes usually very playful with other dogs #but my fathers also been saying that hes started barking at other dogs a lot recently #but my father also fucking sucks at actually disciplining him #so idk if its just cause hes handling him badly or smthn #idk i need to say that im gonna be the main dog walker again #cause he just started doing it himself cause i guess i wasnt walking him early enough or smthn
