About to write the stupidest fucking paper of my life let's go baby
#what I say every time I sit down to write#I've decided because I'm so stressed and because I have to pull an all-nighter#the only way I'm going to get through this is if I write something fun#so I'm going to make an argument about a poem that doesn't make a lot of sense#but because it's kind of weird at least it won't make me want to bang my head against the wall#also I'm choosing a shorter selection because I simply do NOT have the time to reread a longer work over and over again#so it's just gonna be me and Anne Bradstreet hanging out. girls night#maybe my professor will take pity on me if I do something unexpected even if it doesn't work out#or maybe there actually IS an interpretation that makes sense for the prompt we were given and I'm just not smart enough to figure it out#I'm just going to take a risk and hope it works out
