but HA yes i have a few other fics!! zukka banter is quite possibly the most fun i’ve ever had when writing dialogue AND they offer me so much potential to just. throw them in literally any situation or AU and i’ve just ended up with a lot of ideas for them lmaooo

Eventually, Zuko realizes that Sokka searches for ways to let his hands linger—and he gives Sokka every opportunity he can, until they're standing on the precipice of naming what they are, and what all of their gentle touches really mean.

All they need, it turns out, is a ruined tassel, some yarn, and an excuse for Sokka to reach out to Zuko's hair, yet again.

i wrote this one purely to figure out how to write their characterizations and their dialogue......which is why it’s like. mostly banter (bc a zukka in love is a zukka that endlessly work to annoy each other) and some fooling around in their office lmfao so i'm happy you enjoyed it in that fic!!!!
