The hays code says: sex scenes have to be important to the plot, or you shouldnt put them in. If you do put it in, it shouldnt have the goal to make viewers horny.

Its sex scenes cant be important to the plot vs sex scenes have to be important to the plot

And its if you want a sex scene for horny reasons "more power to you" vs dont put them in with that goal
