i only have 7 posted fics...and i'm kind of always tempted to delete them, but here are my top 5 :

5. it's far too deep for a bandage now

i actually wouldn't even say this is in my top 5 because of my irresolution towards it. i like the writing itself and i enjoy the characterization, but it's such a foul story to leave without an update. i don't have it in me to get up a new chapter for it in the near future, so it's just bleak as it sits without a more optimistic outcome.

4. blossoms from the garden of the moon

this one was really cute and there was pretty much no angst in it. i enjoyed writing it, and liked the way it turned out too. i definitely want to write more soft fics with endless happiness (april is adamant that i do so as well). i'd also like to write more one-shots. the peace of mind i get from not having to update something is absolutely wonderful.

3. look in his eyes and feel the fire drain out of his hands

currently chipping away at another chapter of this one while my pile of other wips watches me with disdain. i'm a big fan of my plans for this one, and i'm an overall shitty 2000's disney movies enthusiast even though i ran the movie plot through a bread slicer to come up with this.

2. you make me mad, I'm fire again

this is a fav. it will always hold a special place in my heart, seeing as it's the first multi-chap fic i've finished (so far hopefully). i didn't care as much for the grand scheme of it. it was something that has been done before for thiam, but i loved some of the little moments in it. honestly though, i didn't expect other people to like it as much as they did, but hey, i'm not complaining.

1. moonlit winter clouds the color of the desperation of wolves

this was a gift for some beloved people in the thiam fandom, but it was also a sort of a 2022 resolution fic for me for. i put a lot of effort into the writing, which i am really proud of. i also thought i was going to blow up when i thought of the plot for this because i just wanted to write it so bad. so i did. and i'm super happy with how the first chapter came out. i swear i've been adding to chapt 2 i just don't want to half-ass it.

yea, always!! it means a lot to me when people take the time to tell me that they liked a fic, what they enjoyed, or just to scream at me, and so i love responding to comments tbh

hmm, probably rot in the space between dusk and dawn because i usually don't write angsty endings but this one is kind of an open ending that could be interpreted in an angsty way

yep!! russian translations of our past regrets turn this tragedy into a work of art, the darkness of this cold night makes the stars shine just a little brighter, and i've been falling deeper in and you have no idea

nope, not yet :(( still have an idea for a collab fic with @attempted--eloquence and @frustrateddumbbar tho

What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

okay so rot in the space between dusk and dawn was actually supposed to be two parts, but i feel like it stands well with just the first part and the open ending, so. it's finished ig LMAO

What are your writing strengths?

um i'd probably say angsty introspection and also like, gentle/subtle touching? the Soft intimacy between characters (well, two specific characters LMAO) is something that i think i'm pretty good at and really enjoy writing

What are your writing weaknesses?

action scenes jfc, i am not an action writer, which is why i tend to stick to introspection/emotion-based fics more

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

well, considering i have a fic with french in it, i can gladly say that i love fics with multiple languages tbh. @theoceanismyinkwell definitely introduced me to french-speaking theo and i swear i'm obsessed

ooh this is a hard question tbh. i have a few, mostly more recent fics, so ig i'd say that at the moment, i'll surrender my fate to your hands (please have mercy on me) and tell the ghosts at the train station that i'm on my way are probably my favorite (i'm kind of obsessed with the idea of thiam in an abandoned train station tbh)

wednesday: name a fic which you have posted which you think is underrated?

okay pls i don't know how to answer this question bc i get insecure about my fics a lot AKLFDS. but if i had to say something. uhh maybe all i know is the tender caress of your lips on my body (it's yours, darling, take it). idk if it's underrated, but it's one that i really enjoyed writing and like a lot, it was very cathartic to write :)

march: do you listen to music whilst writing?

ugh yes, i'm pretty much always listening to music, it's basically a need at this point LMAO

september: share a comment or review which still warms your heart?

omg pls there's no way i can choose just one kadgfs. pretty much every comment makes me smile, just seeing that people actually enjoyed reading my fic makes me so happy!! yea, i honestly don't think i can choose any specific comment, but long comments on my fics always warm my heart <33

tomorrow: favorite ways to write fluff?

hmm i guess fluff for me for thiam is usually just really soft moments? so i'd say subtle intimacy, things like running hands through hair, secret smiles that only the other person sees, knuckle/hand kisses, etc. also really obsessed with hand/face tracing (i'm sure you can guess why LMAO). there's a lot of other stuff that i could put here but ig these are the main ones :))
