Some bovids of Lishel.
The western savanna is home to Keerso, Vans impala and, Tapper impalas. Keerso are one of the most populous animals in the area, leading to herds being domesticated for meat. Vans impala are seen as blessed animals, and killing them is looked down on.
The mountainous eastern coast is home Guinin, and Tapin. Both have been domesticated, wild populations still exist naturally. Guinin are often used in hauling due to their hefty builds. Tapin are fast, and sure footed. They can jump along tough terrain with ease and are often used for general transport. These species as historically important to the area.

A bunch of recent world building. I've been doodling on regional differences, and revamping the anatomy of some species. Such as Fayons, Camsabi, and Loruz.
Group drawing is individuals of sophont species in eastern Hantorn. Comprised of a Meenki, a Fayon, two Werins, a Biehtim, a Loruz and a Minfil.
Other images consist of Meenki and Camsabi regional differences. Revisited design of Loruz (jackalopes) and doodles of Gorunes.

Sealy beasts
Saxles are a seal like sophont on Morweav that live primarily along the ocean. They eat a diet of fishes, and anything they can get their hands on. They evolved from small dog sized mammals that hunted in rivers, and eventually moved to the ocean. They spend their days basking in the sun, playing, and fishing.
In current times they are primarily isolated to smaller ranges than what they originally had. Most are highly aggressive towards other sophonts (except Oram saxus, who cohabit with Tieraltsh). “Pod fishing” is a popular way of fishing ; sea vines, thorn leaves, and pods from the Louro tree are crafted into long ropes. They float in the sea, the thorns catching hook to any fish who finds a pod tasty. Saxles don’t have a strong care for clothing, but do have many symbolic tattoos.

Story characters for Psithurism. ~ Signus, and Bee’oh. A camsabi and meenki who are thieves. They work together quite well and always have the other one’s back. On the side are sketches of Malum :)
~ Aziza, Rosu, and Labas, a fayon, a biehtim, and a aviha, who pursue “criminals” for good pay. They wear necklaces that symbolize their head group they work with.

Recent meenki designs
Meenki are one of four cat-like sophont species on Morweav. Most are fans of flashy colors and patterns. They don't wear clothes all the time but when they do it's almost purely for fashion. (← besides walking gloves!) Depending on location different groups have different styles, their headwear varies the most. :)

doodles from a prompt to draw your characters with their parents :)
Picture one is Asmund as a calf and their unnamed mother and sibling. Second is Nez after his story when he gets to see his reincarnated mother. He doesn’t ever realize who it is. The third is Malum with his adoptive father Argos. :) Last is baby Vitus with his moms, Aitana, and Calantha.

Illustrations of Soksu Hantorn, and Emshou Lorne. Western Shaifir and Daefuent are the prominent sophonts of the western side of Hantorn. Emshou is home to massive megafauna that graze on the almost constant year round fruits, and grasses.

Featured is a Ardneal Kappi, a Hauspaun Dog. Ardneal are massive ungulates in the antilocapridae family. They are feared in the area due to their extreme aggression when nursing calves.

☆ Outdated
Images 1 & 2 are wildlife that lives in Eastern Hantorn, a hot and dry desert with a mix of semi-arid canyons, and small rivers.
Image 3 is a few sophont species that similar because of their feline like appearance, but are different. Camsabi are not closely related to the others (they also have a shifting ability that the others do not). But Meenki and Northern Minfil broke off at a common ancestor. Their massive tails are used as a counterweight to help stand upright too.
Image 4 are a few Tieraltsh (tye-ralsh) during spring when the massive herds break apart and fighting for leadership occurs. Small groups band together.
