TRANSMASC LUKE TRANSMASC LUKE TRANSMASC LUKE. i have. so many thoughts about transmasc luke actually. like. i feel like wanting to build your own family thats better than your birth family is very often a queer and more specifically trans thing? (i also have thoughts about transfem thalia and genderfluid annabeth but this is about luke right now okay) also theres alot of angst opportunity with his parents. imagine hermes not really recognizing luke as his son until its too late, until luke resents him. imagine luke realizing his mom will always just see him as her little girl. alsooooo i feel like luke would be such a good queer mentor figure to the other kids in the hermes cabin. like. hes definitely helped more than one kid out with a gender crisis plus i feel like hed definitely steal binders, trans tape, etc for the other trans kids at camp half blood. i actually have alot of thoughts about luke specifically being a queer mentor figure to percy who is also transmasc in my brain
