Suicide Prevention...

THIS IS GONNA BE LONG SO GRAB A CUP OF COFFEE.

Mental health is a serious problem worldwide. The reasons could be many, Inferiority Complex which leads to depression, Failure which eventually leads to anxiety, Failed relationships, Poverty, less or no socializing, Harassment, Bad parenting or no communication with any of the family members, Isolation, getting involved in different organisations which lead to death somehow, etc etc. 

Per year approx a million people die by taking their own lives, and every 40 seconds a person commits suicide and it’s eventually  increasing to 20 seconds. The suicide rate in Pakistan is 1.4% of the total deaths and the Pakistani society faces the same problems as the rest of the world. But in a slight different way, Imma share all i know and have been told but i need a little more information, i would appreciate if you guys can help, we gotta stop this.

As  being a teenager, i can relate to the teens who take their lives for mere a piece of attraction with somebody, because to some extent  it meant the world, and the ones that take their lives over failed relationships are mostly the teenagers because they can not face the heart break and feel like dead already. The moment they overthink over the things they’ve had with their loved ones are the moments they think of killing themselves. So, how can this stop? How can you move on without taking your life?

First things first, DO NOT GET INTO SUCH A MESS, and now that you’re already into it DO NOT THINK ABOUT TAKING YOUR LIFE THE ONLY WAY TO GET OVER THIS. Block the person, stop thinking about him/her, delete the number, delete the pictures, stay away from the things that relate to him/her, get concentrated on your career and prioritize your family and the friends who had been always there, spend time with the things you love to do and be who you are. And stop thinking about the person and yeah it would probably take time but eventually the person would start to disappear from the memories and speak your heart out with the people you can trust, be at the height if optimism. 

Harassment is one of the most bizarre problems we face nowadays. because people have gone surprisingly crazily desperate and this thing is kinda very much common in the countries where the majority is of the religions which prohibit the sexual intimation of two unmarried couples. And getting involved physically is human nature so, they try either on children or on adults both male and female. and the victims take their lives because they can not get over such deep shit, How do we stop this? How do we clear the world from evil? 

 This is hidden, not everybody molested reveals this to the world, but yeah when one thing’s done it’s done. Take the optimism outta it, rather than killing yourself improve your personality, widen your horizons, and share your feelings with the entrusted people and if possible try taking revenge, no forgiveness over this and if you’re somebody who has no problem in letting people know then yeah go for it, tell your parents, tell his/her parents (if any) or some family member atleast.
