If you were placed in a room blindfolded with everyone surrounded by everyone you’ve ever loved including your current or last love affair, husband, wife, gf, bf, and had to use your senses to pick them out, would you be able to? Bare with me for a moment, because I know this seem ridiculous. Of course I’d pick my current mate how dare you think I wouldn’t, but what if your didn’t? What if your brain released that ding ding ding to an ex? If you had to choose one person simply by the brains memories of smell and the release of endorphins you got from that certain smell, do you think it would be who you are with now, or would it be the love that got away.

I ask this because some people Seem to have troubles now a days with jumping relationship to relationship to fill the loneliness void, rather then getting to know themselves well enough to know what they need in a partner. Maybe your ex you loved more, but it was the wrong time, maybe you weren’t the right person for them, maybe they were hopeless in love with you and you were hopelessly in love with someone else…..so on and etcetera. If you had to rely only on knowing the scent of your partner, do you think you could do it.

Its going to be my first year not being able to go to a con. Awa is kind of tradition to me. Ive been going for like, 8 years or so. First time missing out and its honestly kind of a bummer.
