if you're having trouble starting tasks because you have the Starting Tasks Is Hard disorder, just start the task. hope this helps!

'just start'#like yeah there's the distinction of 'start small'. but you do have to start and there's no better advice or technique than that#you can only make starting LESS DIFFICULT#but it will always be difficult#I am so tired
