11. What is an item of clothing/an accessory that completes them/makes them feel safe?

Lorelei

They will never be seen anywhere without wearing some kind of hiking boot, including when the family goes on summer holiday to the warmer coasts. One time while they were climbing a tree during one of their explorations of the woods behind their home, Lorelei got a dreadful wood splinter lodged in their foot, and has been known to wear boots since then. They enjoy being in nature and climbing trees, and wasn’t going to let the injury + scare discourage them from doing so again, so it was a lesson learned and now makes them feel safe.

Sorcha

SHE LIKES POCKETS!!!!! Never leaves home without some article of clothing that has a pocket (and deep ones too). It’s a must have feature for every outfit Sorcha wears. If she really wants to wear something that doesn’t have any pockets, she’ll bring her hip satchel along. Obviously, she needs pockets so she can store all the cool rocks, leaves in an array of shapes and colours, and other trinkets she finds in her travels (and eyerolls the vulnerary she needs in case she has an allergic reaction).

Music theory, though helpful, can also be quite difficult. Don’t allow your struggles with it to dissuade you away from your love of making music.

Never lose sight of your love for the world, nor your persistence to do right by all that dwells upon it (but try not to use your fists so much).

Um also, Aelin being like 'it's cool, I'm going back as Celaena so it's stealth'....does the King of Adarlan not actually know who she is? I just thought this whole time he knew and was just finding everyone else's cluelessness amusing. Like an overlord with a favourite toy. The man enslaved a whole continent practically...surely he knows???

All in all, this one was definitely better than Crown of Midnight, so I'll keep reading I suppose. I did kind of groan when I found out we were going back to fucking Rifthold though. Like, girl please 😭 we had better not be going back in that fucking castle or imma lose it.

The name Whisky is a girl's name meaning "water of life". But naming your child after any kind of alcoholic drink is not recommended. But of course, he can always say Claire's name to please his fans. Now, Claire's Scottish Gaelic name is “Sorcha”, which means brightness, light and radiance. It seems that Sam doesn't know the Scottish Gaelic name for Claire as he would never miss an opportunity to mention it in front of his fans.

Idk why people are freaking out, it’s clear Sorcha saw Sid and he invited her over for morning coffee and they’re getting to know each other gosh 🙄🙄

LOL omg I let this sit in my inbox WAY too long because it's midterm szn y'all and ya girl is PRESSED, STRESSED, AND NOT DOING MY BEST but this visual has me in SHAMBLES because all I picture is Sidney letting himself into Nate's house with his spare key on the guise of making sure Nate's communion suit is pressed and he walks in on Sorcha and just goes "FRIEND???" like the seagulls in Finding Nemo
