I was gonna post something else today, but it's like, not even remotely close to done, so I drew this idea that's been rotating around in my brain for a bit real quick instead!

I headcanon that Flapjack liked being as physically close to Hunter as possible, but especially near his heart. I also feel like Flap probably really liked nesting in Hunter's clothes for similar reasons, because I just think that’s cute

You can probably tell I really didn't know what to do with the background, and ended up throwing something together then defaulted to accidental lesbian colors because I have to actively force myself to not use anything between red-orange and red-violet on the color wheel. That region is just so nice, it gives my brain happy juices to use the colors and look at them together even if it doesn't suit the piece at all. Over all, I'm pretty proud of how this turned out!~

I love the ship a lot, but I didn't feel like drawing a background that day, lol. You wouldn't believe it looking at what characters I draw the most, but Raine is my second favorite toh character, and Eda's pretty far up the list, too!

Had an epiphany while drawing the hand on Hunter's chest, and abruptly realized he dresses a little like a certain aardvark (probably untintentionally, though). I'm dying.

Also, I have no idea why, but Willow looks really good to me here, and I'm super proud of how I drew her. Probably has something to do with me returning to my roots of abusing overlay layers. When in doubt about your color choices; overlay layers!

Now that I'm all caught up, I'm actually going to lower the frequency of posts to just 1 per week instead of 4 or even 2 like it was before. There's just a lot of personal and larger projects I want to work on right now (and I wanna have more time for hobbies outside of art, lol)

Look man, I just really loved this design for her. Purple, dark colors, big flared coats/capes, and monsters/demons have always just been things I'm super fond of. Also I had to shove Stringbean in there with little rawr hands of her own because I love her.

Really loved the partial grey scale this time around.

I swear to God, everytime I see the clip of him on the stump my back hurts. Like buddy, how? I've sat on those shitty art room stools (if you know you know) during multiple parts of my life and I felt like my back was gonna snap in two. Hey, anyone remember that one Hunter drawing I posted like, months ago when I mentioned something else was supposed to be done that week?

So anyway, it definitely didn't take me several months to get back to this.

I totally started this a week ago, lol. /s

Anyway, I watch reddit reading videos while I'm drawing, and it was so jarring to hear someone mention Hunter while I was coloring this. Also, I may have added a personal addition to Hunter's room for nostalgia reasons. If you know, you know why it's there.

Anyway, last ship art for February is veesha! (Although I did also have an Aladarius idea in mind too.)

As for the alts, I don't know if Vee has a confirmed sexuality, but I'm assuming she's under the bi umbrella somewhere. Decided to color her in rainbows because I couldn't really decide, though. Also, I have a version of the normal drawing without the 10% hard-light layer because I felt like putting that here too

Also, also, I almost added a big granny bag because I just feel like Masha's the type of person who'd smuggle food into theaters, but I couldn't fit it in without making the drawing a little more complicated, and I was behind schedule enough.

This shit post is actually cursed or something, because God damn this is the visual representation of how things have been this year. All I wanted to do was redraw a haha funny sprite from one of my favorite characters with another of my favorite characters, although considering the story of the game I was referencing here I probably should've known I was gonna have a bad time lol.

Anyway, continuing the trend of modeling Flapjack's behavior on my cats kinda accidentally (although a little less so this time) Flap decided to get comfortable on his favorite person's back. Speaking of, one of my own little shits (positive) decided to do the same to me while I was drawing Flapjack.

Anyway, no alternate colors this time, although I do have a transparent version to just do whatever you want with as long as credit is left somewhere idk.

I might've had this ready yesterday if not for the sheer amount of ideas I had floating around that I wanted to draw, like, it took me a real life hour to decide. It was between 3 Hunter ideas, 3 Willows, and an honorable mention goes out to titan Luz doing a "rawr x3" type of pose.

Also, anyone who can use just the colors in the pan flag and make beautiful works of art are god damn wizards and I envy you greatly

Damn Wolfie, back at it again with the over abundance of the color orange. Not my fault warm purple wasn't warm and happy enough for the mood I wanted. Also yeah, I definitely think the normal version looks better than the partial gray scale again. As usual, it's below the cut!
