i also am in the club of 'would prefer to be a pony' but the hand thing is totally an issue. my preferred solution is like... so theres this artist, jayrockin, who draws a lot of speculative biology stuff. they drew a lot of ponies in 2017 with these odd little hoof hands... first pic in this link.

i think these hooves are a fantastic compromise and if i was going to get turned into a my little pony id be an earth pony with hoofhands like this.

that's actually really good and true thank you. i think a fic i read had this "gripping field" concept where everypony has limited telekinesis a few centimeters around their hooves. but the not-fingers are pretty friggin good.

earthsong9405 (back when she was into mlp) did similar things when drawing hooves i think
