I paused my farmland painting to do an interesting color study that I definitely learned a lot from but kind of dont like anymore 😅 oh well I think I'll still throw it up tonight or tomorrow when I can get a pic or scan !

Then I gotta make myself finish the farm piece OR the also very practice-y fanart I also have going on...

#listen.... im trying to flow and follow the passion ya know? but unfortunately i also have adhd #i gotta finish the farm one so i have something to show my mom though ..#i feel silly sharing more stylistic and experimental things with her #but she really likes my stuffed animal forest picture and the other illustration type stuff!#in her own funny way i think shes been trying to show regret? as a kid she told me many many times not to focus on art too much #and specifically not to try and make a career out of it..#which thinking back on it and how proud she was that we're vaguely related to a childrens book author is kind of????#sorry this jumped the tracks please see the aforementioned adhd diagnoses
