I mean, I knew. 

Still, wait, no, I KNEW. I HAVE NO EXCUSE. I KNEW, BUT WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS PLOT or lack thereof? 😂 The things I do for Ono Yuuki...

Anyway, know that this is PWP to the max and if you’re a plothoe like me, this ain’t for you. We’ll just go straight to the production now.

For those who haven’t noticed already, this is reversed DakaOtoko. It’s not that I haven’t heard TakaHiro as a top before, but as I’ve said in previous reviews, he’s pretty hit and miss. Thankfully, however, he did pretty well. It’s a far cry from his Renjaku-san performance that I love and adore, but he survived at least. Goddamn, DakaOtoko 4 really fucked me up. Sorry, TakaHiro. For more context, he (as well as Kishow and Suzuki Chihiro) pauses and rushes at odd moments. Like rapping then stopping suddenly lmao. It’s not really obvious in Haga, but it’s 100% there if you listen for it. He did have his moments, though. His daddy moments. Best believe this man could be the next Kenyuu or Sugitan if he sets his mind to it. 

As for Ono Yuuki, the true MVP of this BLCD, I felt like he did a bit too much.  😂 It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I can’t deny that he managed to swallow TakaHiro up in this performance. You gotta hand it to this man. His Haga was like a mix of Tattsun’s Gian Carlo, Okitsu’s Maki from Kuchizuke o wa Uso no Aji, and his own Minato. All the queen sluts combined! No wonder everyone else drowned. 😂 And aww I missed Ono Yuuki in more comedic roles. It’s been such a long while. I wish for more of these (but I’m really fine with settling with just Dante for now). 

As for the rest of the cast, I’m pleasantly surprised that they did very well. Ishiya Haruki’s very dynamic here. He could easily match energies with OnoYuu’s Haga, adding to the authentic chaotic omega broham shebang. There’s one of the last three who has Moririn’s range tho. I’m still gonna check that out later, but I was really shook. I hope he does more BL. We need you, sir. 

Overall, the execution was fine. They did cut some dialogue here and there, but there weren’t any major changes. If chaotic omegaverse is your dig, then definitely give this a try. I’m not really an abo enjoyer, so I can’t recommend anything similar sumimasen. The things I do for Ono Yuuki x 2 There’s Kashikomarimashita, Destiny, though.

Annunciato l’anime di “Infinite Dendrogram”

Il romanzo di Sakon Kaido si è piazzato al terzo posto della classifica di Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi dell’anno scorso.

Annunciato l’adattamento animato del romanzo sci-fi fantasy “Infinite Dendrogram” di Sakon Kaido. La serie, per la quale non è stato ancora fissato un periodo di messa in dona, celebrerà il 50° anniversario di Hobby Japan, la casa editrice che pubblica l’opera in Giappone. 

È stato aperto un sito web per il progetto, ma al momento non è stato rivelato lo staff coinvolto nella produzione. Di seguito però trovate i principali membri del cast.

Lanciata come web novel sul sito Shousetsuka ni Narou nell’ottobre del 2015, l’opera viene pubblicata da Hobby Japan, in formato cartaceo e corredata delle illustrazioni a cura di Taiki, sin dall’ottobre 2016 e dal 1° febbraio di quest’anno sarà disponibile in patria il 9° volume. Il 2043 è l’anno che segna l’uscita del primo VRMMO completamente immersivo, in grado di simulare alla perfezione tutti e cinque i sensi. Kami Imai (Needless) sta portando avanti, dal 2016, una versione manga della light novel, serializzandola online su Comic Fire. Il 26 gennaio ne verrà pubblicato in Giappone il 4° volumetto.

Seven Days War Anime Film Full Trailer Introduces Theme Song by Sano ibuki, Rie Miyazawa-Voiced Character

  The official website for the forthcoming anime film adaptation of Osamu Souda's juvenile novel Bokura no Nanokakan Sensou/Seven Days War has posted a 90-second full trailer introducing its theme song "Kessen Zenya" (The Night before The Final Battle) by singer-songwriter Sano ibuki and 46-year-old actress Rie Miyazawa-voiced character Hitomi Nakayama, the protagonist of the novel's 1988 live-action film adaptation.

  In addition to the theme song, Sano ibuki also provides two insert songs for the film, "Omajinai" (good luck charm) and "Spirit." The theme song will be included in his debut album "STORY TELLER" to be released on November 6, 2019. 

  Rie Miyazawa starred as the protagonist girl Hitomi Nakayama in the 1988 live-action film when she was 15. In the 2019 anime film, she voices "Hitomi Nakayama in 2020" who knows about the "Seven Days War" thirty years ago. Her appearance confirms the fact that the anime film is a sequel to the live-action film.

  The Yuta Murano (How Not to Summon a Demon Lord)-directed film will be released in Japan on December 13, 2019.

    While the original novel and the live-action film was set in the mid-1980s, the anime film's story is told in 2020. The protagonist Mamoru Suzuhara is in the second grade at high school. He loves indoor activities and history, and has been secretly fallen in love with his childhood friend Aya Chiyono, who is a daughter of a members of local assemblies. Due to her parents' condition, she is forced to move to Tokyo one day before her 17th birthday. To celebrate her birthday together, Mamoru and his classmates decide to barricade themselves in an abandoned factory for seven days. But when they find a Thai child named Mallet, the situation develops to an unexpected way.

  Yuta Murano (How Not to Summon a Demon Lord) makes his feature film directorial debut on a screenplay by Ichiro Okouchi (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion), alongside original character designer Keishin (Iori- san to Kanojo) and anime character designer Hiroshi Shimizu (Michiko & Hatchin). Ajiado (Nintama Rantaro, Izetta: The Last Witch) works on anime production.

Infinite Dendrogram, nuovo trailer e altri membri del cast della serie animata

L’anime andrà in onda a partire da gennaio 2020.

Pubblicata una nuova immagine promozionale assieme ad un secondo trailer di “Infinite Dendrogram”, la serie animata tratta dalla light novel sci-fantasy di Sakon Kaido, che andrà in onda sulle tv giapponesi da gennaio 2020.

Il video anticipa la sigla di testa "Unbreakable", cantata da Aoi Yuuki.

Il 2043 è l’anno che segna l’uscita del primo VRMMO completamente immersivo, in grado di simulare alla perfezione tutti e cinque i sensi. Circa due anni dopo, Reiji Mukudori si appresta ad entrare all’università, ma è riuscito a mettere le mani su una copia del videogioco e non sta più nella pelle. Con un po’ di aiuto del fratello maggiore Shu, inizia quindi la sua avventura in quello strabiliante mondo pieno di infinite possibilità!

L’anime è diretto da Tomoki Kobayashi (Utawarerumono, Steins;Gate, Akame ga KILL!) presso lo studio NAZ (Angolmois, My First Girlfriend is a Gal). La sceneggiatura è curata da Yuuichirou Momose (My First Girlfriend is a Gal, My Sister, My Writer), mentre il character design è ad opera di Masahiko Nakata (Utawarerumono, Tears to Tiara). La colonna sonora è firmata da Kenji Hiramatsu e i fondali sono realizzati da Production ai.

Noriaki Sugiyama se une al reparto del Anime Hand Shakers.

El Anime se estreno en enero.

La web oficial del Anime original para televisión Hand Shakers, un nuevo proyecto del estudio de animación GoHands, la compañía de producción Frontier Works, y la editorial Kadokawa, se ha actualizado el lunes anunciando que Noriaki Sugiyama se esta uniendo al reparto de la serie como Koichi Sugiyama, un personaje que aparecerá en el episodio 13 de la serie. El Anime se estrenó el pasado 10 de enero en Japón.

Seven Days War 1988 Live-Action Film Star Rie Miyazawa Reprises Her Role in 2019 Anime Film

It is officially confirmed today that 46-year-old actress Rie Miyazawa makes a special guest voice appearance as Hitomi Nakayama in the forthcoming anime film adaptation of Osamu Souda's juvenile novel Bokura no Nanokakan Sensou / Seven Days War.

  Miyazawa, 15 years old at the time, played her first leading role Hitomi Nakayama in the novel's first live-action adaptation film in August 1988, and won the Newcomer of the Year award in Japan Academy Prize. Her character in the anime film is introduced as "Hitomi Nakayama in 2020." It means that the anime film is a sequel to the live-action film, set about thirty years after.

  It is a similar approach to Mamoru Hosoda's 2006 anime film The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. It was set twenty years after Nobuhiko Obayashi's 1983 live-action film adaptation of Yasutaka Tsutsui's original The Girl Who Leapt Through Time novel, and the original heroine Kazuko Yoshiyama made a guest appearance.

  Miyazawa says, "Although it is a small appearance, I participated the anime film as Hitomi Nakayama. As my debut film 'Seven Days War' has been remained deep in the audience's memories at the time, I hope this anime film, which is given a new timeless breath, will be also able to shake your heart. Please enjoy this film on the big screens in theaters."

Seven Days War Anime Film Announces December 13 Release Date, Main VAs

  The official website for the forthcoming anime film adaptation of Osamu Souda's juvenile novel Bokura no Nanokakan Sensou/Seven Days War has confirmed that it is set to be released in Japan on December 13, 2019, and also announced its main voice cast including Takumi Kitamura (four-member dance rock band DISH// leader/vocalist) as the protagonist Mamoru Suzuhara.

  This is his second voice acting work following the protagonist Naomi Katagaki in Sword Art Online director Tomohiko Ito's original anime film HELLO WORLD  released last weekend.

  He says, "The Seven Days War novel was always placed in the school libraries, and I had an experience to write a book report about it, so I was honestly happy that I was able to be a voice actor for such a familiar series. Following the film 'HELLO WORLD,' this is my second voice acting work, but it was till very difficult for me to act only with my voice, I learned so many things again. I am honored to be involved in this series with so much history, and I feel like I revisited my youth again through this film. I hope many people will see it."

    Bokura no Nanokakan Sensou is the first installment of the author's long-running "Bokura" series published from Kadokawa Shoten in April 1985. It was previously adapted into a live-action film directed by Hiroshi Sugawara (Tokimeki Memorial) in August 1988. 

   Yuta Murano (How Not to Summon a Demon Lord) makes his feature film directorial debut on a screenplay by Ichiro Okouchi (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion), alongside original character designer Keishin (Iori-san to Kanojo) and anime character designer Hiroshi Shimizu (Michiko & Hatchin). Ajia-do (Nintama Rantaro, Izetta: The Last Witch) works on anime production.
