Rewatching S3, I think it’s weird that the neck snap is how Five chose to kill Sparrow!Grace, because that wouldn’t have worked on Umbrella!Grace. We saw Umbrella!Grace get her neck snapped, get up, & turn her head back around like it was nothing.
