Spring of Sigami Week I Forgot

Hey guys, I'm back! I had to take a break from Tumblr to focus on my last weeks of school, but it's over for now so I tried making something for this week.

The theme for this week was flower-related, and I tried to make it as good as possible because it was the theme I wanted to draw the most. My original vision was to have the sky and ground within the flower crown be colored, along with some comic-esque illustrations of Sig & Amitie making the flower crowns being worn in the center drawing. But that would've taken way too long so I dropped it. I also wanted both of them to have flower crowns, but I forgot to draw Amitie's before coloring, so I had to settle for a flower bracelet instead. Despite these setbacks, I like how it turned out. I gave myself a chance to experiment with a few things, and I think it payed off without taking 10+ hours to finish. My drawing speed is still pitifully slow, but this proved I can make compromises with myself to speed it up without sacrificing too much quality.

Spring of Sigami Week 3

This is the 1st one I had a strong idea for right away, so I wanted to give it the full page colored extra detail treatment...but I ran out of time again so it got rushed. Sorry that my time management skills are so crappy that I let this happen twice, but rest assured I will finish this one sometime later. I honestly really like what I started.

Fun Fact 1: I initially wanted this pair to be sharing a jacket to make things extra cozy, but I couldn't figure it out in time.

Fun Fact 2: The umbrella they're using is transparent. Hopefully that'll still be clear when the piece is colored.
