A researcher with the North American Bigfoot Search, Paulides is quite knowledgeable in all things Sasquatch. LEADING BIGFOOT EXPERT DR. JEFFREY MELDRUM AT CRYPTID CON - Lexington, Kentucky. Leading Bigfoot researcher and academic Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum (Ph.D.) works his table and chats with fellow Squatch Hunters at the 2019 Cryptid Con: Bigfoot, Monsters and Legends event held at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Meldrum is a professor of Anatomy and Anthropology at Idaho State University (since 1993) and a renown expert on primate foot anatomy and locomotion. Considered to be one of the most-respected and accomplished in the Crypto/Bigfoot field, Dr. Meldrum has authored several books and papers on Bigfoot and has appeared on countless TV, radio, and documentary programs investigating the elusive Unknown Hominid. His knowledge of Bigfoot prints/casts is unsurpassable. Dr. Meldrum spoke at this event as well - talking about, interestingly enough, the relationship/comparison of Sasquatch to varieties of North American bears (lore, migration, prints, scat, etc.). Always fascinating to hear from legitimate scientist Dr. Meldrum as he moves beyond anecdote to focus on the necessary science needed to help unravel the mystery that is the Bigfoot.
