The Garreg Mach students flew out on their seagliders around the safe shallows, being instructed to grab whatever copper they could find.

Sitri followed them since everyone who had been here before was required to stick with a group.

Not to mention she had been here with Byleth before.

(Elizabeth) "Ugh, this is quite unpleasant..."

(Helena) "What, don't like the ocean?"

(Elizabeth) "Helena, dear. I enjoy the ocean as much as any girl would-"

(Kairos) "Could've fooled me.-"

(Elizabeth) "Shut up, Kairos. And I like walking near the beach, and even swimming. But living inside it and fighting nature? No, I do not like it at all."

(Stefan) "Y-Yeah this is a bit much for swimming."

(Astrid) "Least we're all getting our exercise!"

(Kairos) "...Sure."

(Helena) "It'll give us experience in case we ever need to swim underwater."

(Elizabeth) "Where in Fodlan do we possibly need to swim?!"

(Helena) "With all the places the House keeps dragging us into, it might be handy. Hell, it came in handy for Sitri."

The group stopped swimming and looked at Sitri, who was gliding right behind them.

(Sitri) "Well, I learned it on the fly like you all are currently. But it is helpful that we've been to this world before."

(Stefan) "Just how many have you been to, Lady Sitri?"

(Sitri) "Let's see...Here, that one world in the far future, the one where we had to hunt ghosts, the one with the talking animals..."

(Helena) "See? She now has skills that'll be helpful for surviving in another world."

(Kairos) "How many times has she been underwater for it?"

Sothis appeared behind Sitri, though the students didn't seem to notice.

(Sothis) "If only they had met Aqua..."

(Sitri) Yeah, I bet they would've been terrified of Leviathans...

(Astrid) "Anyways, this place is seriously freaky. The giant sea monsters trying to eat us, and we can't even use magic here!"

(Helena) "We could always visit the back of the ship like Class VII did."

(Kairos) "A-ABSOLUTELY NOT, HELENA!"

(Elizabeth) "Do you have a deathwish, dear?!"

(Stefan) "It's not so much them I'm worried about, as I am about the dark..."

Everyone shuddered.

(Helena) "That's true, we can't really see if something's coming up from behind, and it might just emerge from the-"

(Astrid) "GAAH, SHUT UP SHUT UUUUP! Ugh, I wanna go back home..."

(Elizabeth) "Sitri, ma'am, how did you survive here last time?"

(Sitri) "Well we all took our own Submarines. I think if you ask Kazuma to ride with him on 'The Wiz' he'll let you."

(Kairos) "Does Professor Kazuma even know how to drive it?"

(Sitri) "Better than most of us did. The only other ones were the old staff."

(Stefan) "Then what about you?"

(Sitri) "Um..."

(Helena) "Great confidence there, ma'am."

(Astrid) "C-Come on, you can be a little nicer."

(Kairos) "Let's just go back inside, I'm suddenly feeling a bit queasy..."

- He turned around, motioning behind him.

(Kazuma) "There's a wreckage over there, and back then it was swarming with these assholes who hid in the sand. Sharks."

(Elizabeth) "...Professor, what is a shark?"

(Kazuma) "...Oh right, well just look at your PDA. It should explain it."

- The students did as they were told.

(Kairos) "You mean like that creature down there?"

- Everyone looked down before Kazuma suddenly was grabbed by a Sand Shark.

(Kazuma) "FUCKING SON OF A BITCH!"

(Stefan) "OH MY GOD!"

(Astrid) "HANG ON!"

- Astrid and Helena immediately swam to his aid, all three of them stabbing it to death.

(Kazuma) "WHY DID YOU THREE JUST STARE?!"

(Elizabeth) "I-I'm sorry, I was just shocked!"

(Kazuma) "Things like that are gonna get your killed and your ass eaten!"

(Helena) "Well to be fair we never expected to be underwater."

(Kazuma) "Situational awareness is the name of the game and-"

- Kazuma was grabbed by another Sand Shark.

(Kazuma) "GOD DAMN IT, I FUCKING BLAME YOU AQUA-"

- Everyone swam after him.

(Kairos) "...Who's Aqua?"

(Elizabeth) "I...don't know."

- Jean waited patiently as the Instructors of House Isekai looked at all the data being transferred.

- The Knights of Favonius members were sitting near each other on crates, watching them at work.

(Lisa) "How exactly is this going to work, now?"

(Aigis) "During your last fight, we were able to recreate people from our memories with them. That's what we understand anyway, the Crystal Tower is still being investigated on how it exactly works."

(Rean) "This test is working off all of your memories, so you will not be participating in this combat exercise. We need to test the effectiveness of our recreations."

(Kaeya) "Makes sense."

(Venti) "So, just who exactly are we grabbing for this test?"

- Before anyone could answer him, Class VII and the Garreg Mach students walked in.

(Kurt) "Instructors."

(Kairos) "We're ready for today's exercise."

(Kazuma) "Good, cause by the looks of it, think you're gonna need it!"

- They all looked at each other and shrugged, walking into position and unsheathing their weapons.

(Aigis) "Last time, you were tasked with fighting overwhelming odds, going against former members Doomguy and Darkness. Today, you will be fighting a wild card, something you cannot possibly predict, much like Kazuma's group. Your objective is to simply make the enemy surrender."

(Juna) "So, who's the person?"

(Rean) "That's the fun part. You won't know."

(Stefan) "Of course not..."

(Towa) "Beginning simulation!"

- House Isekai was teleported to a massive training hall, almost a 1 to 1 recreation of Garreg Mach’s training hall. waiting for their opponent.

(Helena) "I think we'll be fighting only one person judging from what they were saying."

(Elizabeth) "Seems a bit overkill with all of us here, doesn't it?"

(Kairos) "Tch, are you forgetting how easily our asses were handed to us just against two people?!"

(Altina) "Numerical advantage does not appear to be a factor in this world. It is all about the individual."

(Musse) "That goes doubly so for our world. One person is all it takes to change the tide of a battle."

(Ash) "So...where's our target?"

(Juna) "Oh crap, did the exercise already start?!"

(Astrid) "It might be an ambush!"

- Everyone drew their weapons out and looked around.

- Meanwhile, the staff and Knights were watching through a screen.

(Venti) "As I was saying, who did you choose?"

(Towa) "We tried not to poke around in your memories too much, so we just grabbed someone you all had met before. She showed up pretty regularly too, specifically in Jean's."

(Jean) "She?"

(Rean) "Don't think you ever told us about her, know who this is?

- Rean held up a crystal and it displayed a low quality image.

(Amber) "...Oh hey, Klee!"

(Diluc) "Man, you don't seem to relent on giving those kids a beating, do you?'

(Kazuma) "Eh? I know the whole theme of today's training is wild card or whatever, but what can she do?"

(Jean) "Well, you see..."

(Kurt) "To our left!"

- Everyone spun around as a small figure materialized.

- It was a small red girl with a large backpack.

(Klee) "Oh, hello! Who are you all?"

(Kurt) "Uh...My name is Kurt, and this is Class VII. Juna, Altina, Ash, and Musse."

(Elizabeth) "Oh goddess, she is adorable! I'm Elizabeth! We are students of Garreg Mach! These are other students."

(Kairos) "Kairos. That's Helena, Astrid, and Stefan."

(Stefan) "Cute kid...Wait, is she our enemy for today?"

(Klee) "E...Enemy? Oh, you mean to play!"

(Ash) "...Sure?"

(Klee) "Yay! Wanna play catch?"

- Klee had a glint in her eye that made everyone get back on guard.

(Astrid) "I don't think we should say yes to that..."

(Klee) "Ah, here we go!"

- Klee brought out a small spherical object and tossed it at the group.

(Helena) "It's...kind of cute."

(Altina) ...?! "Alert, high amounts of gunpowder detected!"

(Stefan) "Wait, does that mean-"

(Musse) "IT'S A GRENADE!"

- Stefan rushed to the front as his helmet's visor slid down and slammed his shield in front of the bomb, the explosion going off and making everyone dive for cover on the ground.

- When it detonated, debris rocketed into the air, the floor's contents scattering in random directions while it rained smaller chunks onto the students.

(Kairos) "This is our wild card?!"

(Klee) "Heehee! I got more~!"

(Kurt) "JUNA!"

(Juna) "Set, Gunner!"

- Juna's tonfa's aimed towards the bombs being tossed at them, and pulled the triggers.

- Bullets flew out and hit their marks, each explosion causing a small smokescreen of dust and gunpowder to fill the air.

- Kairos and Elizabeth's hands glowed as they charged up their spells and aimed at Klee.

- Klee was humming as she tossed a massive bomb that bounced across the floor like a ball.

- Helena, Astrid, and Altina ran behind cover while Klee seemed to not notice the three on her flank.

- Stefan, Ash, and Kurt dodged out the way of the incoming bouncing bomb.

- Musse, Juna, Elizabeth, and Kairos tried shooting the bouncing bomb, but every shot ricocheted off before it blew up, scattering smaller shaped bombs around their feet.

(Musse) "NOBODY MOVE!"

(Elizabeth) "What in the world are these!?"

(Juna) "I think they're mines!-"

- She was cut off by the rapid explosions they caused, setting everything on fire, including them.

- They quickly shattered into glass-like shards and disappeared from the simulation.

- The four flew out of the simulation and landed on their backs.

(Juna) "Ugh...my ears are ringing...!"

- Amber and Venti couldn't help but snicker.

(Kaeya) "Well, looks like we taught her well."

(Kairos) "You trained her to use explosives?!"

(Jean) "That would have been Klee's mother..."

(Lisa) "And you think our little Klee is a handful!" chuckle

- Helena appeared behind Klee and grabbed her bag.

(Klee) "H-HEY!"

(Helena) "Stop that."

- Klee jumped up angrily as she reached for her bag.

(Klee) "Give Dodoco back!"

- Astrid and Altina walked up to Klee, Astrid keeping her spear out while Altina kept her summon by her side.

(Helena) "Dodoco?"

- Klee pointed at the small keychain that resembled her bombs.

(Klee) "Dodoco is my friend! You're not playing nice!"

(Astrid) "Playing nice?! You're blowing us up!"

- Kurt, Ash, and Stefan kept their distance, trying to sneak up from behind as she was distracted.

(Klee) "GIVE HIM BACK!"

- Klee reached for her pocket.

(Klee) "BLOW THEM ALL UP!"

- As her hands extended outwards, small flowers flew out behind her, all seeming to have a mind of their own as they charged up.

(Altina) "ALERT!"

(Helena) "Oh sh-"

- The small flowers shot out laser-like projectiles, which quickly blew them into smithereens, the three being reduced to shards.

(Stefan) "GOOD GODDESS!"

(Kazuma) "JESUS CHRIST!"

(Aigis) "I see..."

(Towa) "I think we need to choose easier candidates?"

(Rean) "Maybe we should choose next time and not Aigis."

(Aigis) "M-My apologies..."

(Ash) "So wait, if those automatically aimed at them, then what about-"

- The flowers turned to the last three members.

(Ash) "...Us-"

(Klee) "Hmph, jerks!"

- The three slid out of the simulation, face first.

(Jean) "...Well, you lasted longer than most people do."

(Diluc) "Take comfort in that, at least."

- Recette happily waved goodbye to Aigis, who was carrying a small number of flowers.

- Aigis walked past several guards and students who greeted her, in which she only waved in response, making her way to the staffroom.

- She had taken the path through the Monastery's lake, seeing Kazuma on the dock fishing.

(Kazuma) "Yo."

(Aigis) "Good afternoon."

- Kazuma took his eyes off the rod for a moment and saw the pink flowers, raising an eyebrow.

(Kazuma) "What's with the flowers?"

(Aigis) "In their calendar, today is Mother's day."

(Kazuma) "Ah...Do they even have a version of Mother's day in Fodlan?"

(Aigis) "It matters not. We celebrated Valentine's in the old House Isekai after all."

(Kazuma) "Fair enough. Hmph, don't think there's any fish so might as well come with ya."

- After waiting for Kazuma to finish putting the fishing equipment up, the two walked together to the staffroom.

(Kazuma) "We're just taking it to Sitri, yeah?"

(Aigis) "Affirmative. As far as I know, no one else is a parent."

- A few minutes later, they finally arrived at Sitri's office.

(Aigis) "Excuse us, Sitri?"

- Sitri looked up from her paperwork and smiled.

(Sitri) "Aigis, Kazuma! What can I help with?"

(Kazuma) "Aigis gotcha these."

- Aigis handed the flowers to Sitri, and her face brightened up even more.

(Sitri) "Ah, such lovely flowers! What is this occasion?"

(Aigis) "In our world today, it would have been Mother's day, celebrating and thanking mothers all around the world."

- Sitri's smiled dampened a little, but held it close to her.

(Sitri) "These flowers are pleasant but...would you care to follow me for a moment?"

- Sitri got up her chair and walked past the main hall and the classrooms, Aigis and Kazuma tagging along.

- She finally stopped when she reached the graveyard, slowly kneeling down in front of two and taking a deep breath.

- Sitri put the flowers on both of them, separating them into equal numbers.

(Kazuma) "Guess they'd like the flowers too, huh?"

(Aigis) "Indeed..."

(Sitri) "These were the ones Jeralt gave to me back then, actually. It's only fair I repay the favor, and show our son which ones I liked..."

- She smiled and wiped away a single tear that was coming off her cheek.

(Sitri) "Thank you for the flowers but...I do not think I qualify as a mother anymore."

(Elizabeth's voice) "Miss Eisner, we beg to differ!"

The Garreg Mach students and Class VII ran behind the group and had brought their own flowers.

(Astrid) "I think everyone here agrees that you're basically our second mother!"

(Juna) "Yeah! We wanna show some thanks too!"

(Kazuma) "Where did you guys even come from?"

(Stefan) "The ODST's saw you guys walking by at some point and came to us, letting us know about Mother's day!"

(Kurt) "Well, only Dutch did anyway."

- The students began to swarm her with flowers, quickly descending into mini chaos before Aigis and Kazuma had to organize them before they got too excited.

- After a few moments, the crowd began to dissipate.

- After thanking everyone, Sitri was left to herself again, her arms full of flowers.

- She once again took the time to distribute the flowers equally, only realizing she had one left over.

(Sothis) "Why not keep it? Just as a reminder?"

- Sothis appeared next to Sitri.

(Sothis) "I think they would want you to have one. After all, this day is dedicated to you."

- Before Sitri could protest, Sothis disappeared again, leaving Sitri alone.

- Looking at their graves decorated with flowers, she smiled one last time and held the singular flower in her hand.

- She wiped away several tears in her eyes and started making her way back to the office, the smile on her face staying.

Upon their return to Fodlan, Kazuma, Rean, Towa, and Aigis have found that it has changed drastically. Whether it was for better or worse, was unknown.

All they knew was to find Sitri, who had requested House Isekai's aid...

[Life at Garreg Mach Monastery - Fire Emblem: Three Houses OST]

Kazuma, Towa, Rean, and Aigis walked awkwardly through the crowds of students and guards, trying not to stare at their technology.

(Aigis) "Their devices seem...eerily similar to yours, Rean."

(Rean) "Arcus units and Soldats..."

Rean looked at the bipedal golems with swords and shields walking through the courtyard. It looked like students were trying to use them properly.

(Kazuma) "Soldats? Those things kinda like Valimar?"

(Towa) "Yes, but far easier to produce and a lot less strong, to put it simply."

(Rean) "How did they even get something like this? In our world, they took so many years to develop, alongside orbal technology..."

(Towa) "And their version of arcus units, didn't they look like the crystals from the Zanado tower?"

(Aigis) "Perhaps we should ask these questions to Sitri. Though, I am unsure of how to find her, since we do not have the proper clearance."

(Kazuma) "Hmph. Not to mention we aren't students, I'm pretty sure we're weirding people out just by being here."

Towa turned to where the Cathedral used to be, only to see a massive hangar full of the bipedal golems and guards from all three nations populating it.

(Towa) "The Cathedral was going to be my guess, but I don't think that's an option."

(Rean) "Maybe the listening hall?"

(Kazuma) "Are we even going to be allowed up there?"

(Familliar Woman's voice) "...Oh my goodness! It really is you guys!"

Everyone turned around to the woman's voice and were greeted by an old friend.

(Kazuma) "Merce-! HOLY SHIT!"

Mercedes was accompanied by two of the massive golems, armed with a shield and lance just as big as them.

(Rean) "WOAH!"

(Towa) "EEP!"

(Mercedes) "Haha, oh, I am so sorry! I didn't mean to frighten anyone!"

(Aigis) "It is amazing how that got behind us without anyone hearing them-"

(Rean) "U-Um, it's good to see you again Mercedes!"

(Towa) "AHEM! What are you doing here?"

(Kazuma) "More importantly, why are those golem things following you around?!"

(Mercedes) "I am simply a visitor, just like you four! Sitri thought it best to have bodyguards accompany me. Those bodguards happen to be the form of Knights."

(Towa) "...Knights sure have changed since we last saw them, huh?"

(Aigis) "Speaking of which, do you happen to know where Sitri is?"

(Mercedes) "Indeed I do! Would you like me to take you to her?"

(Rean) "Yes please."

Rean looked at the golems called "Knights" and couldn't help but feel nervous.

Now he knew how it felt to have Valimar follow around the old House Isekai.

(Mercedes) "Please, follow me!"

Everyone nodded and let Mercedes guide the way, the Knights following closely behind.

(Aigis) "It seems Fodlan's technology has greatly improved since we left."

(Mercedes) "It has, my mind is really having trouble keeping up nowadays. It seems every other month some new device for communication is put out!"

(Aigis) "That's a familiar feeling..."

(Kazuma) "So...everything's been fine since House Isekai left?"

Mercedes stopped outside the main hall's entrance and turned to the knights.

(Mercedes) "Worry not, these four protected me during the Five Year War. I will return shortly."

The Knights' heads nodded.

They went up into the building of the main entrance hall, making their way up to the second floor of Garreg Mach. The knights remained outdoors and Mercedes looked around her to make sure they were alone.

(Mercedes) "To be quite honest, it has been a bit...troubling. There's a host of new problems ever since this new partnership between the empire, kingdom, and alliance began. But, that shouldn't be anything you have to worry about! Actually, why are you here?"

(Rean) "We received a call from Sitri, requesting help from us. I guess the four of us were the only ones able to respond."

(Mercedes) "I see. If she requested House Isekai, then I am not sure it is a good thing...Oh? I believe she's speaking to someone inside."

(Sitri) “Then let’s get started. I have called you five here, because you are the best and brightest Garreg Mach Monastery has to offer."

Sitri put her hand to her chest and closed her eyes.

(Sitri) "We live in troubled times, as you can no doubt see for yourselves. Even with the advancement of our technology ever since the calamity two years ago, tensions between our nations remain at an all time high."

The students looked at each other, not sure of where this speech was going.

(Sitri) "Garreg Mach Monastery was created to represent the very best our nations had to offer, and pave a way for our youth to shape our world. That is why you all are here.

Of our three Houses, you have been chosen for an experimental class, and will be leading from example."

(Stefan) "E-Experimental how?"

(Sitri) "Surely you have heard of House Isekai?"

(Helena) "Think I remember hearing rumors about them with my old mercenary group."

(Astrid) "Those group of weirdos and undead!?"

(Kazuma's Voice) "Who are they calling weir-"

(Towa's Voice) "K-Kazuma! They'll hear us!"

(Kairos) "I only know from what I read from reports. They were the fourth house of Garreg Mach, right?"

Sitri nodded.

(Sitri) "They were a group of people that came from beyond our world, all with different histories and personalities. The reason I bring them up is because they worked with all three classes before the Five Year War began. And they were the ones who stopped the calamity from destroying our world."

(Elizabeth) ...?! "Hold a moment, Lady Sitri! Have we been called to work with these off worlders?! They have no place in meddling in the affairs of Fodlan!"

(Kairos) "Hmph. For once I agree with her, this matter should be left to us-"

Sitri raised a hand and interrupted them.

(Sitri) "These "off-worlders" had the opportunity to leave us to our fates when the calamity was at its worst. Instead, they chose to stay and fight for our sake. I trust them with my life. And so do your nations' leaders."

(Everyone) "..."

(Sitri) "Prepare yourselves to travel out, grab any essential gear and report back. We will continue the briefing once you are more situated."

The students quietly left the room, keeping their thoughts to themselves.

They were too preoccupied to notice that they had walked by Kazuma, Rean, Aigis, and Towa.

(Mercedes) "I have my own business to attend to unfortunately, so I will see you all later!"

Mercedes bowed while everyone else waved goodbye, and she followed the students down.

Once they went downstairs, Rean was the first to enter the room.

Sitri took a deep breath and smiled when she saw them.

(Sitri) "Hello, everyone. I hope that speech I gave was alright."

(Towa) "I like to think so, but I can definitely see why the kids are so confused."

(Aigis) "You do not seem shocked that we are here."

(Sitri) "Well, I did have someone looking out the door for me."

She motioned behind her, Sothis materializing in front of everyone and waving.

(Sothis) "Besides, with how loud Kazuma is, I don't think it was too hard guessing who it was."

Kazuma rolled his eyes.

(Kazuma) "Yeah yeah, whatever."

(Rean) "I see you've been keeping yourself busy!"

Sitri sighed again, though sounding far more tired.

(Sitri) "You have NO idea...I hadn't realized how exhausting being a professor is, not to mention leading the reconstruction effort."

(Towa) "Oh, so that's why Garreg Mach is active again! You're doing such a good job!"

(Sitri) "Thank you, Towa. There's far more that needs to be done, but we've been getting by."

(Kazuma) "So, what exactly did you need us here for? We got your message."

(Sothis) "Well, a number of things really, but we should get to the most troubling news first."

(Sitri) "Right. We'll have time to catch up later. It's about the Zanado Tower."

Everyone straightened their backs and frowned.

(Sothis) "We've been getting reports from the guards that...strange creatures are emerging from it."

(Kazuma) "That's descriptive. What makes them strange?"

(Sitri) "They seem to have intelligence but...they're nothing like we've ever seen before. Claude is in charge of the area around Zanado, so he ordered his men to just keep observing. These creatures never get too far, on account that they are killed by an unknown group."

(Aigis) "Do we have any visual references for any of these?"

Sitri nodded, and pulled out a crystal-like device.

It appeared similar to a tablet, but the information was displayed floating above it, which Sitri began swiping at it, making it show a picture of the creature.

(Rean) "What in the...?"

(Aigis) "It does not appear to be a Shadow."

(Kazuma) "Hmph. Nothing I've seen in my world."

(Sothis) "To be honest, we were hoping at least one from every group showed up to confirm this or not, but for the time being we can only guess it's from a world none of us are familiar with."

(Towa) "But, I thought we stopped the Tower from continuing to rip apart other worlds?"

(Sitri) "We did. And that's why we're concerned."

(Sothis) "It doesn't seem like it's having any overall negative effects on Fodlan, but this only showed up recently."

(Sitri) "I put the message out a week ago, and if you all only now received it..."

(Rean) "Then we shouldn't waste any time. We need to investigate immediately."

(Sothis) "Our thoughts exactly. Which is why..."

Sothis turned to the door and disappeared, the students of Garreg Mach arriving back in the room, each carrying a small bag with them.

The students realized that there were more people in the room now.

(Astrid) "Wow, they look weird."

(Elizabeth) "Astrid! Where are your manners?!"

(Stefan) "Sorry about tha-...Wait a second..."

(Helena) "Hmph, maybe that's why. Are you guys from House Isekai?"

(Kairos) "Wait, these are supposed to be the people who saved us?"

(Rean) "Well, obviously we're not the full class but we were the core members. I'm Rean Schwarzer of Class VII."

(Kazuma) "Kazuma."

(Towa) "I'm Towa Herschel, it's a pleasure to meet the new generation of Garreg Mach's finest!"

(Aigis) "Aigis of S.E.E.S. Hello."

(Astrid) "Huh. Don't look like much to me."

(Stefan) "Well, we are pleased to meet House Isekai in the flesh after all the stories we've heard!"

Helena looked to the others. Astrid was frowning while Kairos and Elizabeth looked mutually revolted.

(Helena) "Least two of us are. Good job on getting those two to agree on something, though."

(Towa) "I-I'm sorry?"

(Kairos) "Lady Sitri, with all due respect, this is something that WE need to do ourselves. Getting outside help-"

(Sitri) "-Is necessary, considering what we're going up against. We all will be visiting the Zanado Tower in order to investigate the strange creatures coming out of it."

While Sitri recounted what she told House Isekai, the members of the old House looked at each other.

(Kazuma) "The hell do they got against us?"

(Aigis) "I am unsure. Did we do something wrong?"

(Towa) "Rean..."

(Rean) "I know, Towa. Well, I kind of have a suspicion."

(Aigis/Kazuma) ?

(Rean) "When my country occupied another, we were seen as meddling outsiders who had no business interfering in their affairs, causing all sorts of grief for every citizen involved..."

(Kazuma) "But it's not like our Houses have been taking over the territories here-"

(Towa) "True, but it's not like we had zero impact on the world either. I mean, just look at their technology! I think it's safe to say without us, they would not have progressed so fast."

(Aigis) "That is...a fair point."

Rean took another look at the students.

(Rean) "They remind me a little of my own class. And if that's taught me anything, is that they'll come around eventually. It's not like we all got along straight away either."

(Sitri) "...Now, without any futher delay.-"

Sitri closed her eyes for a moment as a portal slowly began to open behind them.

(Sitri) "I will take the lead for now. Everyone, please follow me."

They nodded and Sitri and the old members of House Isekai went in first.

(Elizabeth) "Ugh, this will NOT go well..."

(Kairos) "It's not like we can say no to Lady Sitri. We'll have to follow along for now."

(Astrid) "I mean, I don't think they seem that bad, just weird."

(Stefan) "We have to give them a chance at least!"

(Helena) "Fodlan's been through worse anyway. What's the worst that could happen?"

...

Meanwhile, inside the Zanado Tower...

Class VII stepped through the portal and found themselves in a completely alien environment.

(Juna) "Woah..."

(Kurt) "What in the...?!"

(Altina) "Hm...The structure does not match any known signatures from our world."

(Ash) "Think that much is obvious."

(Musse) "Where's Instructor Rean?"

(Juna) "Uh, I think the better question is how do we even leave?"

(Kurt) "There appears to be a doorway ahead. Perhaps we can take that?"

(Ash) "Beats standing around."

Ash and Kurt moved first, with the rest of Class VII following..."

...

Through the scope of a sniper, a helmeted soldier slowly watched Class VII exit and wander the facility.

He was accompanied by three other soldiers, all wearing the same helmet and suit, with slight variations on their armor making them distinct from one another.

They were extremely high up on the platforms as they continued to fly past them, yet they still made an effort to remain out of sight.

(Buck) "What do you see Romeo?"

(Romeo) "Five kids. All wearing the same uniform, humans from the looks of it. Carrying some weird lookin weapons too."

Dutch lowered his weapon and sighed.

(Dutch) "Finally, some good news."

(Mickey) "Is it? How the heck did they even get here?"

(Buck) "One thing at a time. Right now, we go and get those kids to follow us, before whatever the hell those things were finds them first."

(Romeo) "Or, we could just find the exit instead."

(Mickey) "And leave them to die?"

(Dutch) "Really?"

(Buck) "..."

(Romeo) "Jeez, tough crowd."

(Buck) "Just shut up, Romeo. Let's get moving."

Everyone picked up their equipment and followed after Class VII.

(Romeo) "Besides, the weapons on them were-"

(Buck) "Romeo. Remember when I told you to shut up?"

(Romeo) "Yeah?"

(Buck) "Consider that a standing order."

...

(Amber) "Hm..."

Amber dusted off some of the crates around her and found food inside.

Although they packaging was covered in dust, they appeared to be fresh.

(Venti) "Ugh, finally food! I'm starving!"

Duvalie walked past Venti and her face scrunched up seeing how fast he stuffed it down his throat.

(Duvalie) "Tch, don't let that dust stop you from inhaling the food."

(Jean) "I suppose if it tastes alright...?"

(Kaeya) "No need to see if it's centuries old or poisonous, just go 'head and eat it."

(Lisa) "Perhaps we should worry about this food situation later? I do believe I saw another Abyss Mage run this direction."

(Diluc) "Then we have no time to waste."

Diluc grabbed his sword and moved the direction Lisa pointed.

(Duvalie) "Right!"

She drew her sword and shield and tagged along right beside him.

Even though they had found Duvalie by herself in this strange tower, she was already feeling like a part of the group.

Though Diluc didn't want to admit that. He already saw how ecstatic she was seeing Jean and himself fight. Though, a part of him wondered where she came from. She certainly wasn't from their world...

...

Outside the Zanado Tower...

Sitri stepped through the portal first, and the former members of House Isekai, and the Garreg Mach students came in right behind.

Drawing the Sword of the Creator, she took a deep breath before turning to the group.

(Sitri) "Students of Garreg Mach, begin the mission!"

Kairos Pasha: Garreg Mach Student Representative, Age 17

A young man born into the Leicester Alliance. Kairos worked with his parents at their market stall in Derdriu, which eventually grew into a store that was well respected. Though there is no distinct class system in the city, his parents being commoners had always had Noble families looking down on them, which throughout the course of his life, had made him foster a hatred for Nobles. As such, he constantly butts heads with Elizabeth.

A very hardworking and serious person, he rarely shows any levity to anyone. Some people have described him as “Having a stick up his ass”. He constantly reads books about magic, or educational material in his free time. His best friend is Stefan in Garreg Mach.

Being one of the best mages in the Three Houses, he was chosen to represent Garreg Mach in their involvement with House Isekai.

Astrid Morain: Age 19

A girl who was born into a Faerghus family, but raised in the Leicester Alliance. Seeing tales of Knights in the old stories and the Knights of Seiros had inspired her to take up the sword. She had aspired to join the Knights of Seiros and serve the Goddess. 

Astrid is a very casual and straight forward person, not liking people who beat around the bush to say whats on their mind. That being said, she is a hopeless romantic, being completely flustered when the topic of love is brought up. She is the type to read the most horribly reviewed romance novels and call them “Art”.

Being one of the best sword fighters, she was chosen to be involved with House Isekai.

Helena, Age 15

Born without a family, she was raised by mercenaries, and let Helena choose the name herself when she grew old enough. Eventually, the group disbanded, leaving Helena to wander by herself, when she was adopted by a family in the Alliance who took pity on her.  

Helena is a very quiet and seemingly emotionless person. Though if any extended time is spent with her, it becomes apparent that she has emotions, its that she just doesn’t display it. Her sense of humor is deadpan, but she often makes jokes or sarcastic remarks to her friends, which throws them off guard with how serious she looks. Her best friend is Elizabeth in Garreg Mach.

Due to her high aptitude for stealth and hit and run tactics, she was chosen to be involved with House Isekai.

Elizabeth Mcgrath, Age 17

Born into a Noble family in the Kingdom of Faerghus, she was taught from a very young age that she has a duty to the commoners to protect them, even if they didn’t seem to know why the Nobles did what they did. Being fueled by this sense of justice, she aspired to become the best Noble she could.

Elizabeth is extremely confident in her own ability, and is not afraid to speak about it. Or rather, loudly shout about it. She is seen as uptight and snobbish to others, but she honestly doesn’t care about status of someone’s birth, only how they are as a person. Despite that, she constantly butts heads with Kairos. Her best friend in Garreg Mach is Helena. 

Due to her almost perfect skills with magic and fighting while mounted, she was chosen to be involved with House Isekai.

Stefan von Rothberg, Age 16

Born as the youngest son into a Noble family, Stefan was always put aside compared to his eldest brother, as he would inherit everything from his parents. Because of that, he would always feel inferior in anything he did, even communicating with others. Throughout his childhood, the only person he could find comfort with was his combat instructor, which inspired him to become a soldier.

Stefan does not communicate with others easily if he is forced to look at them face to face. As such, he wears his armor and helmet constantly, able to speak with them casually then. Even when doing mundane tasks such as eating or chores, people will never see him take off the armor. Despite his troubles, he is the second friendliest person of the group, being very loving and supporting to his friends. His obliviousness makes him notorious, besides his armor. His best friend is Kairos in Garreg Mach.

Due to his mastery of defensive techniques, he was chosen to be involved with House Isekai.

IF there’s ever a second House Isekai (Let’s be real I don’t think any of us want to end the blog, but that can change), I have a good amount of characters pinned down.

The main thing I want to keep is a low number, so that way EVERYONE gets screentime without 60+ members to remember.

- All at once.

- Ethan got up slowly, shivering from the cold as he walked away from the van's light.

- Chris had just killed Mia, and took Rose. He did not know what just happened, but all he knew was the he had to get Rose ba-

FWOOOM!

(Ethan) "What in the-"

CLASH!

- First it was Aigis that fell on top of him, the metal body breaking his arms on impact.

- The next was Raelyn, the weight of the power armor completely smashing his foot into paste.

- Then Duvalie's shield landed on his head, and the sword going through his hand.

- Then finally, the rest of House Isekai fell.

(Stefan) "Ugh, goddess that hurt!"

(Sitri) "Is everyone alright?"

(Buck) "Pretty sure my rifle landed on something squishy..."

(Raelyn) "You'd be correct."

(Kazuma) "Why, what did we- YEEEUUUUGH!"

- Ethan's body was horribly mangled.

(Rean) "Oh goddess, is he dead?!"

(Towa) "I'm still getting a pulse!...I-I think?"

- Ethan's good hand slowly moved into his pocket and grabbed a green bottle.

- No one really knew how to react as he struggled to open it with his one hand, slowly pouring it all over himself, while his face was still in the snow.

- In a few seconds, he got up sharply inhaling.

(Ethan) "JESUS CHRIST!"

(Elizabeth) "AGH, MY WORD!"

(Amber) "WOAH!"

(Kaeya) "Huh. Don't see that everyday."

- Ethan got up slowly looking around and noticing 30 people were now surrounding him.

(Ethan) "Who the hell are you people?! And why did you just drop in from the sky!?"

- He noticed Duvalie's sword was still in his hand, and yanked it out, cursing under his breath.

(Sitri) "W-Well um...We're House Isekai, and I am their Instructor, Sitri."

(Sothis) "Can he see me too?"

(Ethan) "...Is that a floating gremlin?"

(Kazuma) SNRK!

(Sothis) "EXCUSE ME?!"

(Jean) "I suppose that would be a yes."

(Buck) "Now, who are you?"

(Ethan) "Name's Ethan...I'm looking for my daughter, Rose. She was kidnapped."

(Towa) "What?!"

(Ethan) "Now if you'll excuse me, I don't have time to waste.-"

- Ethan walked by House Isekai, and into the dark forest.

(Kazuma) "Doesn't he seem normally dressed? Where are we?"

(Sitri) "I think for right now, our best bet is to follow him. And I'd feel bad not helping considering we almost killed the poor man."

(Kurt) "Then we best not waste any time."

- Everyone nodded, and followed Ethan.
