I worry because I have physical pain and insecurities about that pain. I have worries because I have dreams and no idea if I can accomplish them. I have worries, because I have so many unanswered questions. Worries are normal though. They are issues looking for a solution. They are a motivation to make a change. My worries "paralyzed" me for years, but when I was really physically paralyzed, I was taught an important lesson; my brain, and my emotions are not the boss of me, they are a compass which occasionally need to recalibrated to be sure I'm heading to the destination I choose. Worries might not be fun, but they are important for my journey and they make sure I reach it in the right way, if I act accordingly. This is #WhyIGram. This is why I write #Quotes as #PirateWisdom. Rough and tough Monday mornings... Who hasn't had them? So many good things going on in my life, but two "minor" issues have thrown me off balance and I decided to document them just to remind myself later. Car trouble, physical issues and family circumstances are all concerns that can take away from my creativity and therefore productivity.
